La cama es cómoda y la ubicación buena

Cons:

El recepcionista fue muy desagradable y prepotente, maleducado, hizo sentir incómodos a mis padres y a mi. Fue el peor inicio que pudimos tener. Además nuestra habitación está en otro edificio a través de un callejón que da mal rollo. Y había muchos bichos por el suelo del baño.

Decepcionante. O hotel aparentava ter uma estrutura agradável, mas a experiência foi muito ruim.

O ar-condicionado do quarto estava quebrado durante toda a estadia, justamente em dias de muito calor, com temperaturas próximas de 30°C durante a noite. A equipe foi pouco preparada para lidar com a situação e apenas nos orientou a aguardar, sem apresentar uma solução efetiva.

Para tentar dormir, fomos obrigados a deixar a janela aberta. No entanto, devido ao intenso barulho vindo dos restaurantes e da rua, descansar tornou-se praticamente impossível. Reservamos um quarto de hotel e acabamos recebendo algo que mais parecia uma sauna.

Para completar, no último dia, apesar de termos deixado a placa de “Não Perturbe” na porta, alguém entrou em nosso quarto sem qualquer aviso ou explicação. Quando retornamos, encontramos a porta semiaberta e a janela fechada, o que nos causou grande desconforto e preocupação.

Infelizmente, uma experiência muito abaixo do esperado.

Τέλεια διαμονή στο πιο κοντινό κεντρικό σημείο στην πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου

Ήταν μια διαμονή πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, με πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό. Πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο, μικρό είναι η αλήθεια, αλλά λειτουργικότατο. Μείναμε στο παράρτημα, που βρίσκεται πίσω από το κυρίως κτίριο και ήταν πολύ ήσυχα. Δεν μπορώ να μην επαινέσω το προσωπικό όλο, από την καμαριέρα, την υπεύθυνη του πρωινού αλλά και της ρεσεψιόν που ήταν ευγενέστατοι και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικοί σε ότι ζητήσαμε

Στις σκάλες που οδηγούν στον 1ο όροφο του παραρτήματος, στο τμήμα από το πλατύσκαλο μέχρι τον όροφο, χρειάζεται από την δεξιά πλευρά όπως ανεβαίνουμε, κουπαστή, γιατί δεν υπάρχει κάτι για να πιαστεί κάποιος, ιδιαίτερα αν είναι ηλικιωμένος

ME GUSTO LA UBICACIÓN, LLEGAS EN 3 MINUTOS CAMINANDO A LA PAZA DE ZAN MARCOS, PALACIO DUCAL, PUENTE DE LOS SUSPIROS, SUPER BUENA UBICACIÓN, LA HABITACIÓN EXTABA EXTREMADAMENTE LIMPIA, EN CUANTO A LA HABITACIÓN NO TENGO NADA QUE DECIR, SIN EMBARGO LA HABITACIÓN ESTA EN UN EDIFICIO ANEXO EN LA PARTE DE ATRAS DEL HOTEL Y PASAS UN PASILLO EN EL CUAL HAY RESTAURANTES Y LA VERDAD ESTABA SUPER SUCIO Y TUVE LA MALA SUERTE DE VER UNA RATA NEGRA ENORME CRUZANDO DE UN LADO A OTRO EN EL PASILLO PARA ENTRAR AL EDIFICIO DE LA HABITACIÓN, LES RECOMENDARIA QUE LE PIDAN A LOS RESTAURANTES QUE LAVEN LA CALLE PORQUE SE VE MUY SUCIO Y ES UNA LASTIMA PORQUE LAS HABITACIONES DEL HOTEL ESTAN BIEN, PERO TIENES QUE PASAR POR ESE PASILLO SUCIO PARA LLEGAR AL EDIFICIO

La ubicación es perfecta, estás cerca de todo lo del centro, y la habitación es cómoda y muy limpia.

Hubo problemas con el aire acondicionado, y dadas las altas temperaturas no se podía estar a gusto. Nos podrían haber informado nada más llegar y darnos algún tipo de opción o alternativa.

La ubicación era muy buena y la habitación era más grande de lo que se ve en las fotos. El personal muy amable y atento en especial Francisco que nos recibió muy bien y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones.

Cons:

Me olvidé unas prendas en el armario, las reclamé y el personal apenas me respondió aparentemente se las quedó el personal de limpieza y no pude volver a hacerme de ellas 🥺

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Σχεδόν 5’ με τα πόδια από τη κεντρική πλατεία. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο Το πρωινό είχε βασικά πράγματα αλλά ήταν ποιοτικά.

Cons:

Το κατάλυμα δεν διαθέτει ασανσέρ. Βρίσκεται πάνω από εστιατόρια και καταστήματα με αποτέλεσμα το βράδυ να έχει λίγη φασαρία έως αργά.
