Emplacement proche de la place St Marc
Calme (nous étions dans l'annexe à l'arrière de l'hôtel)
Personnel très agréable et serviable
Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, il ne manquait rien
On peut laisser ses bagages avant le départ si besoin
Petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

Douche petite. La salle de bain aurait peut-être besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement.

Nos dieron una habitación en otro edificio detrás y el olor que humedad y guardado en la habitación era terrible …para mí eso fue lo peor ..las fotos q vi en el momento decidir el hotel no tienen nada q ver con la habitación q me tocó un poco decepcionante la verdad

La ubicación es maravillosa, nos recibió Franchesco que creo es la perdona más amable de toda Venecia, nos hizo sentir como en casa, su sonrisa y buen sentido del humor son extraordinarios. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y modernas, el hotel está a pocos metros de la Plaza de San Marcos.

Todo fue maravilloso, no tengo quejas.
