Pros:

De ligging van het hotel was heel gunstig, met name voor het bijwonen van het grote vuurwerk.

Cons:

Bij aankomst moest ik €14 betalen, zoals aangekondigd. Maar toen ik dat met mijn pinpas had gedaan, kreeg ik een bonnetje dat aangaf dat ik die €14 had betaald, maar de receptioniste had in werkelijkheid €24 laten afschrijven! Verder was het ontbreken van een lift ook wat ongeriefelijk.

Pros:

Pokój był piękny, z cudownymi dodatkami , lux w nazwie i wyglądzie.
Śniadanie pyszne, podstawowe, ale Kamil, kawa najlepsza jaką piłem na 3 dyniowym wyjeździe.
Ciężko znaleźć hotel, ale to normalne w Wenecji, daliśmy radę.w centrum do głównych atrakcji niedaleko oraz na wyspe murano i burano.

Cons:

W pokoju mogłaby być lodówka z zamrażarka , taką mini.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was super and the staff were usually very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We arrived late at night and near the entrance we were greeted by a rat)))
The place is very old, the furniture is in a bad situation. The carpet was really dirty, the same should be mentioned about the chair. I guess the cleaning staff was trying hard to manage them, but they can't solve the situation. It was a very uncomfortable and upsetting room.

Pros:

Gera viešbučio lokacija, arti centro ir laivelių stotelės. Didelis kambarys su aukštomis lubomis.

Cons:

Negausus pusryčių asortimentas. Labai statūs laiptai, lifto nebuvo. Gyvenome kitame pastate, kur buvo registratūra.

das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Zuerst kamen wir in ein Zimmer, was total feucht war und lauter Stockflecken hatte, daraufhin bin ich zur Rezeption und habe darum gebeten, ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen, man gab mir ein neues Zimmer. Dieses war nicht feucht, aber an der Wand waren lauter Flecken, das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und der Teppich im Schlafzimmer war absolut unschön !

NON siamo riusciti ad ENTRARE all'Hotel LUX !?!....Nonostante avessi prenotato la camera dal NOVE GIUGNO e telefonato all'hotel minimo SEI volte....NON avevano bloccato la camera!!!!
VERGOGNA !!!!...Ci hanno trasferiti all'Hotel SAN ZULIAN!?!
