Reception stuff was very friendly. The room was decent size, toilate at the room included bidet, which was awsome. Lots of resturant options around the hotel.

Cons:

There is no lift in the hotel. If you are carring heavy bag, best of luck. Considering small size of Venice island, you need to walk 9/10 minutes to the nearest water bus stop. Which is a lots of walking in narrow and dozen's of bridge with your languages.

Brilliant hotel, would definitely recommend!
Pros:

My family of four stayed at this hotel and it was super! The room and bathroom was a great size, it had air conditioning, and plenty of charging ports/ plug sockets. It’s in a really good location - close to the centre of venice without being in a really busy area. One of the best features was the canal view from our bedroom window! We got to see gondolas go by at all times of the day, which was very entertaining. There was always someone available at the front desk and all the staff were friendly. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel when we arrived before check-in and they were also delivered to our room when we did check in. The breakfast was brilliant, lots of variety with tea, coffee, cakes, pastries, hot food, ham and cheese, and even more. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if i ever came back to Venice.

Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular. La atención de Rosi en el desayuno maravillosa siempre con su sonrisa. El personal en general muy atento.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega el cuarto de baño olía un poco a cañería pero nada insoportable

I moved hotel in the middle of my stay
Pros:

I had to go up 120 steps to get to my room and I have no cartilage in my knee. Even after I said that, they did not try to accommodate me to another room, where I did not have to go up 4 flights of stairs. Employees were not friendly. Food was no good.

Cons:

Close to many things and easily accessible. That is pretty much it.
