Quite central location, within walking distance of major attractions. Staff communication after the issue we experienced was professional and responsive.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room had several hygiene and comfort issues. Upon arrival we found an insect on the pillow and hair residue on the showerhead. Soundproofing was very poor — noise from the street, neighboring rooms, and the corridor was constantly audible. Despite keeping the windows closed, there were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room. As the conditions were not what we expected, we had to end our stay early. Following our request and the photos/videos we shared, the management agreed to provide a partial refund for the unused nights.

Emplacement idéal entre le Rialto et la place St Marc. Vaste choix au petit déjeuner (sucré, salé, oeufs, charcuterie, fromage,...). Petit balcon appréciable.

Cons:

W-C mal situé et salle de bain petite. Pas d’ascenseur.

Un petit paradis pour le week end
Pros:

Tout était formidable ! On nous accueille dans le monde merveilleux de Venise de la meilleure façon qui soit <3 nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre mère et fille .. le personnel est vraiment agréable et bienveillant, on se sent bien dans l'hôtel dès la réception ! Le petit déjeuner est varié, préparée avec soin, et parfait pour commencer la journée ! L'equipe est tellement gentille et professionnelle ... Un vrai plaisir ! Je recommande vivement ! Et aussi à mon futur moi d'y retourner !

Cons:

N'hésitez pas à demander une chambre au calme, le plus éloigné de la rue possible .. malheureusement, l'hôtel Da Bruno est bien situé qu'il est victime de ce succès ... On est facilement par les bruits environnants

Rien à redire, très jolie chambre, au calme , d'une propreté impeccable et avec une très bonne literie. Très bon petit déjeuner avec un choix sucré-salé, chacun peut y trouver son bonheur. Le personnel est réactif aux demandes et est aux petits soins pour ses clients.
L'emplacement est idéalement situé à proximité des points principaux Rialto, place Saint Marc...
Le petit plus, le service de bagagerie.
Pour nous c'était parfait !
