All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in is 23:00.
In case of early departure, the hotel will charge at least the first 2 nights. Please note cash payment is only accepted in Euro.

Our stay at this hotel turned into a nightmare. The room was infested with bedbugs, and we were bitten repeatedly during our stay. This was not only disgusting but also a serious health and safety concern.
When we reported the issue, the staff treated us very poorly. Instead of helping us immediately, we were left in an unacceptable situation and even ended up spending the night at the reception area, where we felt ignored and mistreated.
Had the police not become involved, I truly do not know how this situation would have ended. In the end, only with the assistance of the police and the consulate were we finally moved to a clean room.
This experience caused us extreme stress, discomfort, and ruined a significant part of our trip. We are deeply disappointed by the hotel’s lack of professionalism, poor handling of a serious hygiene issue, and unacceptable treatment of guests.
I would strongly advise future guests to be very cautious.
It was right next to the train station which was the only reason we booked it. There are many nice cafes and shop around it. WiFi was good and the staff was nice and welcoming. The cleaned the room daily and it was pretty clean.
The hotel is extremely old as if it was renovated 30 years ago. The bed cover was ripped. Everything seemed so old. The room was so tiny that we had to put our luggage on the table cause there was no space on the floor. There was no water or coffee machine or fridge, only tv. Fyi they don’t provide irons cause apparently they’re not allowed in Venice.
