Shame about the in room touches
Pros:

Clean hotel. Nice room well decorated and very comfortable bed. Friendly reception.

Cons:

Considering the price to not have tea and coffee making facilities in the room is really poor. Also very stingy on the bathroom shower gel and shampoo.

Excelente hotel numa excelente localização de Veneza!
Pros:

Localização excelente e quarto muito limpo e reformado. Atenderam bem a minha necessidade de cama extra, a hospedagem foi excelente.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo, mas acredito que o ar condicionado podia ser um pouco mais potente. A cidade está um forno no verão. Mas nada que desabone a estadia, foi otimo!!

Great hotel but skip the breakfast
Pros:

The check in was seamless, the location is very central, and the room is quite clean. Large bathroom. EXCELLENT water pressure in the shower. Overall the experience was positive.

Cons:

When I checked in, the woman checking me in was kind enough to extend complimentary breakfast to me when I arrived. When I went for the breakfast, the person attending was shocked that I came to breakfast. She was exceptionally unwelcoming and felt like I was intruding. I addressed it with the woman at the Front Desk who offered me breakfast but no follow up was given. I would absolutely skip breakfast and find a lovely cafe somewhere else where you're not treated like you don't belong. Very embarrassing behavior.
