Central stay, with wonderful personal.
Pros:

Everything.
The personal was wonderful.
When they found out we are celebrating our wedding aniversare they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The main thing about this place that I have to say that I loved is how the concierge workers(all of them) are very frien

It’s central to all the restaurants and shops but just a step away from the main foot traffic and yet right across the exit are several restaurants and bars.

La habitación si era como la foto.

La habitación para 4 está a dos cuadras de la ubicación de la recepción. Sigue quedando en buen lugar y es más silencioso.

元の部屋を使えたらとても快適な宿泊施設です。

Cons:

プライベートバスルーム付きの部屋を予約したが、エアコンが壊れており移動できた部屋がトイレもシャワーが部屋の廊下を挟んだ向かい側にある部屋でお詫びに朝食をサービスしていただけるとのことで1度利用し、一部返金の申し出をしたら朝食代24€を指し引いた金額しか返金されなかった。対応してくれたスタッフが親切だったからそれ以上抗議はしなかったが返金額から差し引かれることになるのなら利用しなかったし、サービスでもなんでもないし、あのクオリティで1人12€は高すぎだ。

Spacious room, friendly staff, good value for price. Amazing location!

Cons:

The A/C didn’t work for us even after asking for help. We had to open the windows which unfortunately brought mosquitos in and I got eaten alive. Other than that everything was great!

Bon hébergement dans l'ensemble, bien situé.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'attention apporté au petit déjeuner (une pâtisserie locale (emballée - version sortant de la pâtisserie) nous a été remise lors de notre arrivée en salle de petit déjeuner. De plus, on nous a demandé de préciser nos goûts sur cette viennoiserie (nature, pomme...).
L'efficacité en cas de problème technique : la machine à café est tombée en panne au même moment oû nous devions l'utiliser. La personne chargée du service nous a porté un expresso à table en attendant que l'incident soit résolu.

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié les escaliers qui permettent d'accéder à la chambre située au second étage qui sont un peu "raides". Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, il faut être en bonne condition physique pour monter les bagages..
Quelques soucis de maintenance concernant la salle de bain : poignée de la salle de bain cassée (signalé à l'accueil et réparé tant bien que mal le lendemain) et le séche cheveux hors-service.
