Fabulous !!!!
Pros:

The property was lovely with vintage Marano glass chandeliers and a big plus it had an elevator.
Diego was so kind and friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Venice. oh, did I tell you the location was fabulous? it was very close to Saint Marks Square and the waterfront where you get off from the boat from the airport .

Pros:

The location was amazing ! Very central, close to the water taxi drop off. Not a lot of walking to get to it. No bridges to cross. Comfortable room.

Отличный отель! Расположение просто прекрасное, 1 минута пешком от остановки водного транспорта, 1 минута от Церкви святого Захарии, 2 минуты от Площади Святого Марка и Дворца Дожей. Отель очень милый, стилизован под старину, есть лифт, очень чистый и уютный. Удобные кровати, отличное постельное белье и полотенца, хорошая сантехника. Очень вкусный завтрак, свежайшие сыр, прошуто, вкусная выпечка. Отдельная благодарность обслуживающему персоналу, очень милые люди, готовые всегда помочь и ответить на любой вопрос! Безусловно рекомендую!

Cons:

Единственный небольшой минут - в номере нет холодильника.

Un gioiello di ospitalità nel cuore di Venezia: accoglienza rara e posizione strategica
Pros:

Soggiornare in questo hotel a gestione familiare si è riconfermata, a distanza di qualche anno, un'ottima esperienza caratterizzata da un rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile. Il vero valore aggiunto è lo staff: il proprietario e lo staff accolgono gli ospiti con una gentilezza, disponibilità e passione davvero rare. La posizione è strategica e unica: a due passi da Piazza San Marco e dalla fermata dei vaporetti. La camera pulita, confortevole e sebbene gli spazi siano ridotti (singola), è funzionale e completa di tutto. La presenza dell'ascensore (una rarità a Venezia) e la reception 24h completano un soggiorno perfetto. Consigliatissimo!

Petit hôtel familial qui nous a accueilli en dernière minute avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention - les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses avec une très belle hauteur sous plafond. Notre chambre était au calme tout en étant au cœur de Venise. Je recommande fortement
