Por ser em Veneza a estadia foi muito boa.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, atendimento cordial, recepção muito bem preparada para atender turistas. Café da manhã com produtos locais fresquinhos e deliciosos.

Pros:

Tanto a pessoa que ficou de dia na recepção como a de noite foram muito queridos, o elevador é um alívio, a cama é grande e o quarto também, a localização é ótima

Cons:

Único problema é o tamanho do banheiro, tomar banho dentro dessas banheiras pequenas é difícil, mas não atrapalhou a experiência.

Charming hotel with amazing location and wonderful staff

Everything about our stay was wonderful. This hotel was extremely charming, the location couldn’t be better and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a little old fashioned but that’s all part of the charm. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable there. The beds were comfortable, the room had adjustable aircon, there was a lift and the shower was great too. We stayed with our 10 month old baby and they were very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

Not really a negative but if there had been a fridge in the room would have made the stay a little bit better (the stay was fantastic) but we knew there wasn’t one before booking and it was fine.

La situation de cet hôtel à deux pas de la Place St Marc et de l’arrêt du vaporetto est exceptionnelle. Il est propre et le lit est très confortable. Le personnel est très agréable et très aidant.

Hotel en el corazón de Venecia
Pros:

Superador! Un hotel típico veneciano sumamente limpio. Mi habitación tenía una pequeña terraza con una vista muy linda.
El baño estaba nuevo, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente con más de 34 grados de temperatura y sol pleno.
Estaba a dos cuadras de Piazza San marco y a unos pasos de la estación San Zacarías del vaporetto.
El dueño fue muy amable en su atención y cordialidad.
El desayuno costaba 12 euros y era muy rico y completo.
Había bebidas frías para comprar a un precio muy razonable.

Great Staff!
Pros:

It had a very central location, and all the staff, from the reception to the breakfast team, were absolutely amazing people, just wonderful. They were incredibly helpful with everything and very warm. The hotel's terrace was practically the cherry on top; it was so enjoyable. I recommend it to everyone.

Cons:

I just thought it was a little bit pricey.
