Pros:

Unser Zimmer war etwas abgenutzt, aber trotzdem sauber, wir hatten sogar eine kleine Terrasse. Trotz der Hitze, war das Zimmer gut klimatisiert, die Klimaanlage war leise und die Betten sehr bequem.
Das Fitnessstudio war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Ich war sehr spät frühstücken, trotzdem was alles ausreichend und vielfältig vorhanden.
Parkplätze gab es ausreichend und kostenlos direkt vor der Tür. Der Zugang zum Hotel war bequem mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen.

Perfekte Übernachtung
Pros:

In der italienischen Hitze war die Klimaanlage am wertvollsten. Aber auch die übrige Ausstattung war nagelneu und in perfektem Zustand

Prima hotel, maar er valt veel te verbeteren.
Pros:

Het zwembad en de sauna waren mooi.
Lekker bij het ontbijt was de juicer en de zaden/pitten en noten.

Cons:

Dat de medewerkers de Trentino card niet hebben geregeld voor ons, dan hadden we 15 euro bespaard op de Funivia...
En dat de branddeur de hele tijd dichtblijft, waardoor we 50 keer een harde klap hoorden tussen 7.30 en 9.00 uur. Zet deze om 7 uur in de ochtend open a.u.b.
Personeel wilde me 20 euro berekenen voor het zwembad voor mij en mijn dochter, terwijl een kind 5 euro kost en geen 10.
De toilet in onze kamer hing los en ik hoorde hier niets meer over, terwijl we een bericht zouden krijgen. Bij aankomst terug bij het hotel wist niemand hier iets van, de desbetreffende medewerker was al naar huis en heeft niets gedaan met onze klacht.
De medewerker vroeg niet of ons verblijf was bevallen, ik vind dat jammer. Daarom vertel ik alles nu hier.
Het huisgemaakte brood bij het ontbijt was al op om 9 uur.

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Super hotel, de bedden waren zeer comfortabel en de gehele kamer en badkamer waren zeer schoon. Overal in het hotel staan geurstokjes waardoor het lekker ruikt. We hebben er in de avond gegeten en waren voor het voor-, hoofd- en nagerecht nog geen honderd euro kwijt met drie personen. Prima keuken en ook het ontbijt was veelzijdig en lekker. We komen graag nog eens terug.
