Cons:

Klimatyzacja nie działa, brzydki zapach w środku. Anulowałem rezerwacje z zwrotem kosztów, nie dało sie tam zostać.

Daniele è molto bravo e disponibile.
Tutto era a posto, come pulizia e funzionamento.
Parlo di letto e bagno come pure di televisioni e frigo.

Cons:

Asfalto del parcheggio da mettere a posto (non credo sia di proprietĂ  del Residence)

Abbiamo prenotato una “Suite” con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. All arrivo ci viene proposto un alloggio stantio con mobili risalenti al dopo guerra. Del divano letto nemmeno l ombra. Chiediamo alle reception che ci dice che c’è un divano, non letto, va nel retro , prende due lenzuola e un cuscino e ce le consegna. Ecco, ci dice, sistematevi il divano. Pensavamo di vivere uno scherzo televisivo. Era invece l amara verità. Si devono vergognare, infangano la credibilità di tut gli altri operatori del settore.

Will definately stay here again if I holiday in Pisa.
Pros:

The owners were very helpfull with letting me use their garage to build and strip my bike down out of and into the flight bag. I stayed before and after my bike tour around Tuscany.

Pros:

Direkte Lage am Meer, nur über die Straße und man ist da.
Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber auch sehr sauber und gepflegt aus.
Appartement sehr sauber. Aber bitte alles "nötige" mitbringen- es ist nicht, wie in Dtl. dass die Vormieter die Reste (Spüli, Zucker, Salz oder ähnliches) da lassen. Der Nachkauf vor Ort kann teurer werden als gewohnt 😉

Cons:

Leider keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Momentan noch sehr instabiles Funknetzt. Ist aber gerade in Arbeit und bald soll stabiles WLan verfĂźgbar sein.
