The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located within 5 minutes of walking from the Loreto metro station, allowing a very quick travel to the city center. There is paid parking option in the courtyard for a few cars - need to book in advance. The room was clean.

Cons:

Lack of hand shower in most of the rooms. There is only a shower head on the ceiling, which is very uncomfortable for women to wash themselves.
