Economico, vicino al centro e alla stazione
Pros:

Ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno e sono rimasto davvero molto soddisfatto. La struttura è accogliente e pulita, e l’esperienza nel complesso è stata davvero positiva.

La posizione è molto comoda sia per visitare la città sia per raggiungere la stazione: è possibile spostarsi comodamente a piedi. Inoltre, nella strada dietro l’hotel c’è anche un piccolo supermercato, molto utile per le necessità.

Per chi, come me, ama passeggiare, consiglio assolutamente la bellissima passeggiata dall’hotel fino al Teatro Ariston, per poi proseguire fino alla Madonna della Costa e scendere nuovamente verso il lungomare. Un percorso piacevole e tranquillo, che permette di scoprire Sanremo comodamente a piedi.

Un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole, che consiglio volentieri. Tornerò sicuramente!

We contacted the property less than one hour after arriving to report that the accommodation was extremely hot and impossible for us to stay in. After inspecting the property, we also found cleanliness issues, which we documented with photos.

The room was extremely hot and poorly ventilated, and the fan provided did not solve the problem. Considering the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation, it did not correspond to what we reasonably expected for the price paid.

There were also difficulties collecting the keys, and my father was put in an uncomfortable situation involving complaints about internal payment arrangements that had nothing to do with us as guests.

We did not spend a single night there. We left on the same day and had to book another hotel at our own expense. Despite being informed almost immediately after our arrival, the property did not provide an adequate solution or refund.

A hotel in a good location with nice staff
Pros:

Nice hotel in the center near the beach and old town, many restaurants, shops and supermarkets while in a quiet zone, not far from the train station. The staff is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a refrigerator and a good AC.

Cons:

A bit old fashion hotel, probably not for everyone, but we considers it as a special historical charm. The kettle with cups would be appreciated.

Tatticamente perfetto
Pros:

Almeno una volta l'anno mi trovo a soggiornare all'hotel sorriso e confermo che è sempre un ottimo compromesso per passare un weekend. Si trova sempre parcheggio in zona, logisticamente comodo da girare a piedi le parti più interessanti di Sanremo e la spiaggia e con il giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Il letto della stanza in cui ho soggiornato questa volta un po' troppo duro.
