Pros:

Lage 5 Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe (kostenpflichtige) Parkgarage (20€/Tag). Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer recht hellhörig, sowohl nach innen ins Treppenhaus als auch zur Straße hin. Frühstück überschaubar, aber akzeptabel. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, dafür ok.

Just ok, if you plan on staying one or two nights. Too expensive considering what the hotel offers.
Pros:

The hotel is close to two metro lines.
Just a few stops from the city center.
Nice garden at the back.
Polite and helpful staff of the hotel.

Cons:

You can hear everything from other rooms, noisy at night.
The neighbourhood was noisy.
The room was old and outdated, especially the bathroom.
One roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and not-so-clean towels.
Breakfast was from 7-10, and at 9, there was almost no food left.
