Cuando llegamos tras hacer reserva de lo que ellos llaman suite, lo primero que hacen es darnos una habitación de peor calidad, cuando le comento que la reserva es de la suite, me dice que no tienen, que me quede con la que me han dado, y si no me gusta mañana me dan otra, me voy a aparcar, y a la vuelta le comento, que o me dan la habitación que he pagado o me devuelven la diferencia, a lo que me responden que me quede en la habitación esperando, a los 15 minutos ya tenían habitación pagada, el hombre se enfada conmigo por pedir lo que me corresponde, y me trata como si le debiera algo yo a él, en vez de estar agradecido de que me gaste mi dinero en su hotel.

Nel resto il soggiorno è stato confortevole

Praticamente tutto è un ottimo alberghetto per per un breve soggiorno per Servizio o per piccola vacanza

Cons:

Con booking l’acquisto è stato fatto includendo la tassa di soggiorno era proprio specificato nel nell’atto che ho ricevuto da booking.com invece l’albergo mi ha fatto pagare al parte cinque euro quello che è vero che la tassa di soggiorno si paga a parte, però se era inclusa nel b dovuto pagare niente

Mon retour d’expérience concernant mon séjour à l’Hôtel Mirage à Rome

Le 15 juillet, vers 00h00–00h30, lors de mon check-in, l’agent d’accueil (un monsieur âgé) m’a indiqué qu’un supplément de 5 € par nuit devait être payé en espèces de préférence pour les bagages et valises.

Comme je n’avais qu’un petit bagage à main et pas de valise, je lui ai demandé si je devais également payer. Il m’a répondu que oui, même sans valise, soit 20 € pour 4 nuits. J’ai payé cette somme, mais je n’ai pas compris la raison de ce supplément.

J’ai trouvé cette pratique injustifiée et excessive envers les touristes. C’est dommage pour une aussi belle ville touristique comme Rome.

Solo el ascensor que pudo ingresar la silla de ruedas de mi sobrino y la ducha algo acsesible para una persona discapacitada

No había Wi-Fi, osea se instalo pero no había señal suficiente, las cubrecamas estaban rotas y tenían mal olor , la habitación era muy estrecho para que ingrese con la silla .

1, The stuff they are trying to cheat me I order queen bed they are going to give me single small bed
2, The elevator was not working my room 4th floor
3 They are making a Qeen bed by combined 2 small beds so it is not aligned there is a space between from one bed to other
4 the stuff are not even noticed ther problem and apologize
5 they didn't even allow to inter a friend even the room is qeen bed single rome not even for delivering anything
They are receiving city tax only by cash I dont get it aand I didn't trust them They may be want to avoid to pay it for tax
