Great location with the greatest staff
Pros:

Location and the staff! All of the staff without exception were super sweet (breakfast, cleaning, reception). I have never encountered such a welcoming staff!!

Posizione molto comoda a due minuti dalla stazione Termini. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort.

Ооооооочень близко от Термини для обессиленных путешественников!
Чисто! Хрустящее белоснежное бельё и полотенца! Много косметики!
Тебя встречают и улыбаются, даже если добрались в 2:00 ночи!
На ресепшн вода, сок и печенье в стиле комплимента.
Завтраки по меню - большие порции!
Рекомендую всем! Даже если просто остановиться в Риме на пару дней.
Красный hop-on-hop с кассой на Термини, автобусы до всех аэропортов Рима 2 мин.
Отель очень порадовал!

Wonderful staff and location. Be on time for breakfast!
Pros:

The location is excellent. The reception staff genuinely seemed to care. Giovanni (I think) was really one of a kind and absolutely world class.

Cons:

The aircon wasn’t working - the hotel did however try to call me prior and offered me a room in another hotel. I stayed and booked breakfast for 10,30 to 11.00. When I arrived at 10.47 all the tables were cleared and the staff told me breakfast was finished. They did however give me a coffee and offered to give me a cornetto.

Städtetrip mit guter Basis
Pros:

Man wählt aus einer Palette Frühstücksbasics aus (jeden Tag aufs neue) und so wird es dann auch serviert. Kleines aber gemütliches Zimmer mit lauter Klimaanlage, aber die hört man nach einem Tag gar nicht mehr sondern freut sich das sie so gut funktioniert. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal weiß nicht immer alles, aber versucht immer so gut es geht zu helfen und ist durchweg sehr freundlich. Sehr gute Restaurants nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Lage ein paar Meter vom Termini entfernt ist natürlich klasse - die meisten Buslinien, sämtliche Hop on Hop off Angebote sowie die U-Bahn sozusagen vor der Haustür. Wenn man 3 Sterne bucht kann nicht alles top sein - wir waren mit dem gebotenen zufrieden.

Cons:

Die laute Klimaanlage, allerdings nur am ersten Tag (die bereit gelegten Ohrstöpsel waren jedoch nicht erforderlich).
