A clean hotel close to the airport
Pros:

We wanted a hotel close to the airport and this was perfect. There were also restaurants on the ocean within walking distance. The rooms and the property were clean.

Cons:

We were seven people so we rented three rooms. The quad room could use a better air conditioning unit. When we first went into the room, there was a funky smell. We turned on the air conditioner. It took a long time to cool down the room and it never got really cool. On the other hand, the double room had a very good, newer air conditioner that worked great. I would suggest replacing the unit in the quad room with a similar unit. That would greatly improve the summertime comfort of that room.

Pros:

I spent only one night in this hotel. It was very nice from the start. I could take the shuttle from terminal 3 at the fiumicino airport, and the price was superconvinient compared to other options such as Uber and taxis (4/5times the price of the shuttle). I could also arrange the transport for the day after to and from Roma fiera. About the location, it is amazingly close to the seaside. Few meters from a beautiful beach and a romantic sunset. The staff was kind and ready to help for everything you need. I would defenetely go back.

Cons:

Only thing, I have to say, it was the availability of the shuttle at night. I had to change my flight as i was arriving at the airport at 00.40 and there is no shuttle service at that time.

מיקום ממש לא נגיש חניה קטנה מאוד וצפופה, חדר עם ריח של עובש הגענו נורא מאוחר לכמה שעות עד הטיסה והיינו נורא עייפים אז לא התעסקנו בהחלפת חדרים אבל אין שמיכה בחדר רעש בבוקר, שכחנו משהו בחדר כשכבר היינו בשדה אפס מענה ונכונות לעזור.

Easy Check-in but poor A/C
Pros:

We stayed one night and the a/c was on but was either too old or too small for the room. The room had to be 90 degrees (32 celsius). That's a deal-breaker. If you do stay here, check-in was easy and there is a great little pizza place around a block away. So, it wasnt all negative. I just cannot sleep in those temperatures.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à côté de la plage. Nous le recommandons surtout pour passer un moment de détente.

Cons:

Nella reception l'aria condizionata era davvero troppo forte. Volevo chiamare la reception ma il telefono in camera non funzionava.

Наверное, самая плохая гостиница, где мы останавливались.
Pros:

Рядом море и много ресторанчиков. Есть шатл до и из аэропорта- с раннего утра и до полуночи, за денюжку. Консьерж - круглосуточно.

Cons:

Устаревший номер, дряхлый. Довольно далековато от аэропорта. Если прилететь после 23:00 добираться на такси, машине или пешком- шатла нет. Скудный завтрак, очень.

Consigliatissimo per Fiera
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per sostenere il concorso in magistratura del giugno 2025. La struttura è molto accogliente e le camere sono comode, fornite di minibar, aria condizionata e televisore.
La pulizia è stata eccezionale, abbiamo avuto dei problemi la prima notte con le zanzare (le nostre camere erano prevalentemente al piano terra), ma dopo aver comunicato alla reception l’inconveniente hanno subito provvedimento a compiere una rapida disinfestazione e ci hanno fornito dei repellenti in ogni stanza.
Molto comodo anche il servizio navetta per andare e tornare dalla fiera (a pagamento). Tuttavia al ritorno del secondo giorno per evidenti problemi organizzativi delle navette abbiamo impiegato un’ora e mezza circa per tornare in albergo dalla Fiera.
La posizione è ottima perché a due passi dal lungo mare quindi abbiamo potuto raggiungere a piedi vari lidi e diversi ristoranti.
Personale gentilissimo, specialmente la signora al bar delle colazioni!!
