Hotel comodo e gradevole per visitare Sassuolo e dintorni
Pros:

Ottimo 4 stelle per visitare Sassuolo e dintorni. Accoglienza perfetta. Camera silenziosa, pulita in modo più che perfetto, ordinata, funzionale compreso il bagno. Colazione ben curata con prodotti dolci e salati tutti gradevoli in un ambiente spazioso e arredato con cura..
Il garage è utile, gratuito e con accesso ben praticabile.

Lo valuto forfettariamente come 6 su 10 per non abbassare la media senza esserci andato.
Pros:

Non ci sono andato. Anche se non era rimborsabile. Abito a 500 Km di distanza e, dopo l'annullamento dell'evento a cui dovevo assistere, non aveva senso spostarsi appositamente per approfittare del servizio sebbene ormai pagato.

Cons:

La struttura dovrebbe dare un margine di tempo ragionevole per disdire la prenotazione, se vuole mantenere la politica di tariffe non rimborsabili. Non è possibile che prenoto il 27 maggio per il 18 luglio e vedermi addebitare il prezzo già dopo pochi giorni. L'evento a cui dovevo assistere è stato annullato proprio in quei giorni, a più di un mese prima dell'alloggio. Sarebbe stato più corretto questo schema:
Prenotazione del 27 maggio con cancellazione entro il 30 giugno. Poi, in assenza di cancellazione, dal 1° luglio addebito sul metodo di pagamento fornito senza rimborso. È equilibrato, tutela entrambe le parti. Il cliente ha la possibilità di non perdere i soldi, mentre l'albergatore ha tempo di allocare l'alloggio su altre persone in caso di disdetta nei tempi stabiliti, o comunque di incassare ugualmente nel caso di disdetta non tempestiva (avendo poco tempo e meno possibilità di riassegnare la camera).

There is no swimming pool , not a gym … restaurant was closed for dinner … poor breakfas.. the lady at reception at night was very unfriendly actually
