Pros:

La gentilezza del personale della reception. La vicinanza della stazione metropolitana e della stazione ferroviaria Domodossola. Comodo per raggiungere tre torri.

Good location, friendly receptionist, tasty breakfast

Friendly woman at the check-in desk.
Good breakfast with a variety of choices.
It was possible to store luggage after check-out.

Cons:

I stayed on the top floor, and the room was very hot even with the air conditioning turned on. I mentioned this at reception, and they explained that because the room was on the top floor, the roof made it heat up more. It was +42 grad outside, but I think it was still around 30 grad in the room.

Cons:

Servizi poveri, bagno piccolo e con il wc funzionante ma rotto nella seduta. La stanza (108) aveva le prese elettriche da sistemare, probabilmente non conformi alla normativa attuale, e in posizione non "pratica", sopra la testata del letto. Colazione da migliorare nella qualità di ciò che è offerto. Il materasso era eccessivamente "duro" (ma questo può essere soggettivo)...
