Cons:

É un po ridicolo che con la mezza pensione a cena chiediate 5 euro per una bottiglia d’acqua. Francamente, visto il livello della struttura, lo trovo un modo imbarazzante di fare cassa.

Ausgezeichnete Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Servicepersonal, geradezu vorbildlich.
Wunderschönes Hotel in super zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage von Abano Terme. Genügend hoteleigene Parkplätze im Freien vorhanden. Zwei sehr schöne, absolut gepflegte, sauberere und sehr große Pools mit angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Ruhige, erholsame Atmosphäre. Damen an der Reception sehr kompetent, freundlich und kundenorientiert. Zimmer groß und stets perfekt aufgeräumt.

Cons:

Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber hier haben wir zu diesem Punkt wirklich nichts gefunden!

In Abano

Cons:

Rooms were dirty and smelled like mould. Spa area also was dirty and smell like smoke. Rude / unhelpful staff when trying book spa, don’t bother. Dirtiness resulted in an asthma attack, manager unhelpful wouldn’t let us out of our reservation when we decided to move locations (before we even unpacked our bags). Booking.com customer service was very helpful in helping to resolve the issue.

Struttura molto bella e curata nei minimi particolari , bel giardino, piscine stupende con molte postazioni idromassaggio e aperte fino alle 23, ottima colazione bella spa, stanza grande e curata…ci hanno offerto anche un upgrade molto apprezzato….tutto, struttura personale e servizi, sono all’altezza della categoria …vivamente consigliato
