Some people from staff are not friendly, it does not look like you're welcomed, you feel to be always watched by staff looking if you're doing something wrong.

The location of the property was ideal. Located right in the centre of Cortina, very near the main bus stops and shops. It was very clean, easy to navigate.

Cons:

Maybe just if it had a bar/restaurant for evening food.

Centrally located restaurant in Cortina with stunning views and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a prime location in central Cortina. It is close to all the hiking trailheads and main restaurants/shops in Cortina, along with the bus/coach station. All the rooms are well presented cabin-like style, brand new bathroom facilities with a. waterfall shower. The room with a balcony that I had was great as had a fantastic view of the mountains and the clocktower in Cortina. Staff at reception are very friendly and accommodating with your luggage for holding. Breakfast included was a good choice and lots of breakfast options with nice cafe staff. Would stay again and recommend to solo travellers and those looking to hike the nearby dolomites trails.
