Pros:

Room and Spa were Amazing, as well.as food in the restaurant

Pros:

belle chambre, propre et un grand lit de qualité
le personnel, tant à la reception qu'au restaurant est adorable et prevenant. Le parking est pratique et il ya de la place. Le petit déjeuner propose des produits de qualité. Le spa confortable et agréable

Cons:

l'hotel n'est pas climatisé : en aout cette année, meme à Cortina, il a fait très chaud. Donc soit nous ouvrions la fenetre, mais alors nous subissions le bruit du trafic routier (l'hotel est en bord de route) soit nous avions chaud fenetres fermées. Le petit ventilateur proposé gentiment par l'hotel n'est pas suffisant.
remarque sur le petit déjeuner: la salle est en sous sol... et le vrai jus d'orange est payant. ce n'est pas le cas dans les hotels de meme catégorie

Una settimana da sogno
Pros:

La gentilezza di tutto lo staff, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Sono molto preparati nel consigliare escursioni da fare a tutti i livelli, sempre disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Abbiamo cenato in albergo qualche sera e devo dire che la qualita’ del cibo e il servizio sono stati ottimi. Simpatici e molto efficiente lo staff di sala.
La spa e’ un sogno e le ragazze che ti accolgono sono gentili e premurose.

Fantastico
Pros:

Ottima struttura, personale gentilissimo, ci hanno accolti offrendoci una junior suite al posto di una camera superior.
Ottimo anche il ristorante.
Torneremo sicuramente a visitarli di nuovo quando saremo a cortina.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! The room was impeccable! Breakfast was a highlight! And the view of the mountains is surreal!
We’d like to highlight the excellent service provided by the front desk clerk, Jean—he was very kind, cheerful, and charismatic! He and the management team prepared a surprise in our room when they found out we were on our honeymoon!

Not worth the price of stay
Pros:

New and impeccably clean facilities - we were in the new part of the hotel. Staff is very kind and hospitable. Hotel is 5 minutes from the city centre and there is a free shuttle service provided.

Cons:

There is no AC in the hotel. Despite the ventilator, temp in room was +30C! Impossible to sleep and unacceptable given this year’s heat wave. The old and the new building connected in a strange and confusing way, thus it is difficult to move around because there are no clear marks in the elevator or in the corridors on where is the bar, reception, dining room, etc. Long stairs (>20 steps) connecting ground floor with the first floor without anything to hold on (no elevator), making it very painful for people with mobility issues. All in all, this was the only disappointing hotel choice we made during our 15 days stay in Italy.

I would stay here again. The staff and driver wer all so helpful and accommodating.
Pros:

The staff and the hotel were top notch. Having access to a health spa after a long day of hiking was wonderful and very relaxing.

Cons:

The property, like most of the hotels in this area is along a very busy road with road noise preventing you from opening your windows at night.

Wonderful service, thoughtful staff, great facilities; we will be back!
Pros:

The staff made me feel very welcome and celebrated, as my partner and I stayed with them over my 30th birthday to celebrate. They had an available room upgrade they placed us in, which was lovely, and provided me with a cake and candle on my birthday to celebrate. The spa facilities were wonderful and while the location is not in town, the shuttle service was easy and we were thankful to have it to get to town. The staff was absolutely lovely, namely Ulijana/Julianna, an older gentleman who served as our driver and bartender and others!

Cons:

If we had to nitpick, there was one staff member who worked the front names Mickele (maybe) who was not to best - provided bad dinner recommendations, was not helpful with directions, and walked into our room without knocking before we checked out. All other staff members were wonderful.

Pleasant and very memorable! Staff are very professional and kind.
Pros:

Location was great. Property is well maintained and views are incredible. Spa is a great feature.

Cons:

We went during a week with temperatures higher than normal and rooms were very hot. The staff did provide fans which helped.

Pros:

Hotel Lajadira was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
The hotel upgraded our room, had the most friendly and helpful staff and held our suitcases whilst we completed some hikes.
The shuttle service was also extremely helpful as well.
