The location was incredible. The spa was hands-down the best I've ever experienced, we spent a full three hours there, completely unwinding, then set off the next day to hike the Dolomites. It really was the perfect weekend. A special thanks to John Marco, who was accommodating, kind, and consistently professional throughout our stay.
We went to Italy on our honeymoon, something that I communicated to the hotel prior to our arrival. They were so sweet and presented us with a bottle of bubbly and a box of chocolates. Our room was so spacious we were able to stretch before and after our hike. There was room for everything and we also had a balcony. Unfortunately, we were unable to use all of the facilities available because we took too long on our hike. The breakfast buffet was packed with everything you could want, plus you could place special orders with the readily available staff.

All of the staff were amazing, especially the staff at the front desk. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by staff and they took our luggage. Check-in was smooth and we even got a free upgrade which was great as this was our honeymoon. We also got a very kind note, and complimentary champagne. This was the best hotel of our entire trip.
Honestly, nothing. It could have been a bit closer to cortina but that’s all I can say. Even then, it is still only a 5 minute drive.
Loved the spa area with pool, sauna and steamer. Our massages were a 10. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
It could have been a little closer to town. And parking on the garage was a little challenging. Very small area.
Great hotel that offers a shuttle service into the centre of Cortina. Parking was a great addition. Extremely nice staff especially at reception and in the restaurant. The spa was fantastic. We really enjoyed our evening meal at the Taverna. You can ask for a takeaway breakfast if you will be leaving early in the mornings before the breakfast buffet opens.

Todo, atención, calides del personal, servicio, la habilitación exelente, la vista desde la habitación impresionante, desayuno perfecto, surtido y calidad de productos, decoración, sauna,pileta, todo 10 puntos. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas, y una mención especial para Gian Marco, quien nos recibió de manera exelente.

The spa is world class. Staff were incredible. Rooms are well done and very modern. Breakfast includes buffet and mimosas. They do a box breakfast for early hikes. Overall 10/10. The one thing to know…our room did not have AC. I would think in the summer this is something that would be a concern.
Ask for a view. We didn’t have a view and were bummed.

Our dinner experience at the onsite restaurant was one of our favorites of our entire trip to the Dolomites. Being able to walk to Cortina and enjoy the town was a nice bonus. Fans in room was extra nice.
The pics for the room I booked didn't really match the room we had but no real complaints.
