Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl und willkommen.
Pros:

Es war alles top. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort, wie zu Hause gefühlt! Der Service, die Lage, der Blick und die Sauberkeit war alles top. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar.

Abendessen nur bis 21.15Uhr.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Madrigale for four nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with excellent facilities and warm, friendly staff. There are two lovely pools, with plenty of sun loungers for everyone, surrounded by beautiful plants and greenery.
We were also very kindly upgraded to the Tower Suite, which was fantastic and offered an exquisite view over Lake Garda. We are incredibly grateful for this generous upgrade.
The only disappointment was our experience at lunch. My €17 lasagne was so small that it left me barely half full, and nothing was served with it. I asked the waiter whether I could have a little more lasagne or perhaps something else on the side. The waiter genuinely tried to help, but the chef refused. We felt that the chef could have shown considerably better hospitality and service towards hotel guests.
Apart from this one experience, our stay was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful hotel.

Vivement que nous puissions y revenir
Pros:

La qualité de l'hôtel avec un service parfait aussi bien à l'accueil, au bar, à la piscine et que dire du restaurant sinon que perfecto tant le personnel de salle était très gentil et très attentionné lors des repas (demi-pension) qui étaient de grandes qualités. A noter aussi le petit déjeuner qui était très copieux le matin et qui était pris en terrasse.
La chambre tout confort avec un grand balcon et une vue magnifique surplombant Garda et le lac.
L'hôtel est également bien situé pour visiter les différents villages du lac de garde.
Nous le conseillons grandement !

Great but felt constrained
Pros:

Fantastic views and facilities. Staff were sublime - very friendly and got to know their guests well. Beautifully clean and fresh pool towels daily. 2 great bistros in the village worth visiting

Cons:

Taxis and the shuttle constraints were a big issue. This made the stay less relaxing as you had to work to a time table which meant a very rigid itinerary for getting up and down to the lake and no later shuttle for evening beyond 5:30. Taxis were non-existent on several nights and no way of even walking back.

-Die Aussicht und die Aussenpools sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

-Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden regelmässig gereinigt.

Cons:

-Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes. Die Gebäcke wirkten nicht frisch, Auswahl an Aufschnitt war sehr klein.

-Beim Mittagessen wird 3.50€, beim Abendessen 5.00€ pro Gedeck verrechnet. Okei wenn das Auswärts in Italien verrechnet wird, in einem Hotel, welches aber so oder so teurer ist pro Übernachtung, verstehe ich es nicht.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer trotz Beanstandung war nicht gut. Der Boden wurde weder gekehrt noch gewischt

Unglaublich schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, gute Bar, top Frühstück, unbeschreiblicher Ausblick besonders vom Pool, und das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit
