Pros:

We loved the balcony area and watching Rome life. Nadia on the Reception desk was so helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The hotels central location for visiting main tourist attractions was perfect.

Cons:

The breakfast room was small and windowless although the food and service was excellent. We did however prefer to eat breakfast accross the road at Maximus, the sister hotel as it was a larger room and breakfast buffet.

Perfect.
Pros:

The breakfast is excellent and all of the staff are helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for strolling around the city center and many attractions and excellent shopping is nearby, as well as charming street cafes. The room had air conditioning which was welcome for our summer stay with record high temperatures.

Cons:

I actually have no complaints. For a small hotel with moderate prices, this place is excellent. I will stay here again.

The location is excellent, close to the train station, convenient transportation, the reception and cleaning staff are very kind and lovely. The breakfast room staff are very welcoming and attentive. I was impressed and will definitely stay here again.
