Bella la struttura per quanto riguarda la parte esterna e la posizione vista lago, personale gentile e sempre con il sorriso e queste cose hanno alzato la votazione che sarebbe decisamente più bassa

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera è la colazione sono da hotel 4 stelle. Serramenti scrostati, arredi e bagno vecchi, con evidenti segni di usura e poca pulizia. Abbiamo soggiornato spesso in hotel 4 stelle e in camera si trovano sempre un bollitore con l’occorrente per una tisana e gli accappatoi (visto che ha anche la piscina), una cassaforte con la combinazione digitale che non obbliga a portarsi appresso la chiave con relativo problema di sicurezza. Purtroppo avevamo la stanza 38 proprio sopra lo scarico fumi della cucina e a parte il rumore della ventilazione forzata, vi era un odore sgradevole che impediva l’uso del balcone e la possibilità di lasciare la finestra aperta.
Colazione molto limitata in particolare per la parte salata dove l’unico cibo cucinato era l’uovo sodo …

Purtroppo per un 4 stesse non ci siamo proprio!
A parte la posizione e il giardino antistante, tutto il resto da rivedere! Avevamo una camera sul retro (36) odore di cucina insopportabile, tale da non poter usare il balcone, i bidoni dell’immondizia in bella vista sotto al balcone stesso, porta finestra scrostata, arredi vecchi e scarsa pulizia … come da fotografie.
In un 4 stelle dovrebbero essere sempre presenti in camera un bollitore, gli accappatoi, una dotazione congrua di prodotti da bagno, non 2 micro bagno schiuma e nulla d’altro, la cassaforte con serratura digitale (la chiave ormai è obsoleta scomodissimo e poco sicuro portarla appresso … per esempio in piscina …) una fornitura varia nel frigo bar (da voi 1 bottiglietta di acqua naturale e una frizzante, nulla d’altro). La colazione direi da due stelle, poca varietà nel dolce, imbarazzante la parte salata, unico cibo cucinato l’uovo sodo!
Avete una posizione molto bella e una cameriera gentile e sorridente sarebbe interessante valorizzare il resto!

Un posto incantevole dal quale ammirare il lago di Iseo e Monte isola
Pros:

Villa molto bella , con sale accoglienti ed eleganti, circondata da un piccolo gradevole giardino con vista lago . Camera molto spaziosa con arredo molto curato . Possibilità di consumare i pasti su una terrazza splendida che si affaccia sempre sul lago .
Colazione con vasta offerta sia dolce che salata e bevande calde preparate al momento presso il bar della struttura .
Molto gentile e disponibile il personale .
Offre parcheggio sia esterno che in garage .

Unique villa
Pros:

The location is good if you are with a car, but mainly for the views to the lake from the restaurant. The house itself is a unique fancy villa. There's an elevator to get your heavy luggage to the second floor. Has a pool.

Cons:

No English at reception. No free parking space outside, so we parked in the garage and got charged additional 10 eur. Not so many places walking distance where to eat, and their restaurant is double the prices what you would usually pay at Sale Marasino. Breakfast was ok, but very limited.

Lokalizacja nad samym jeziorem,cisza spokój można się zrelaksować,mały ale wystarczajcy basen z leżakami ,panie które obsługiwały breakfast bardzo miłe

Pokoje bardzo przestarzałe,wanna z zasłonka która się ciągle zrywała,klimatyzacja która nie działa,dużo rzeczy do naprawy w pokoju typu zasłony,zniszczone obrazy na ścianie.Mielismy wrażenie że hotel bardziej jest nastawiony na restaurację niż prowadzenie hotelu.
Przy check out Pani skasowala nas €20 nawet nie wiemy za co.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder
Pros:

reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage (nur von der Dorfstrasse vom See getrennt, Anlegestelle und Bahnhof zu Fuss zu erreichen). Sehr angenehme Anlage mit grosser Terrasse mit Seeblick.

Cons:

Restaurant preislich recht hoch, Qualität okay.
