Un accueil exceptionnel. Rare......
Belle ambiance décontractée. Piscine agréable et très calme.
Belle terrasse avec jardin et vue sur le lac où l'on peut prendre le déjeuner.
Excellent repas du soir.

Cons:

Les sanitaires et la literie à moderniser...meme si ca ca fonctionne.

Pros:

Gute Lage am See, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Schöner Pool. Freundlicher Gastgeber. Freundliches Personal, welches oft ein bisschen unorganisiert war.

Cons:

Pool war zwar sehr schön und ruhig, die harten Liegen wären aber mit Auflagen schöner.
Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut, leider hat man dort noch nie was von Kühlung von Wurst, Käse und Butter gehört (die Butter war fast flüssig).
Das Negative sind leider die Zimmer. Es funktionierte nichts wirklich gut: die Klimaanlage viel zu schwach und nicht regelbar, die Minibar/Kühlschrank kühlt nicht, die Lüftung im Bad geht gar nicht, die Schranktüren klemmen, in den Fugen der Dusche und am Waschbecken schimmelt es. Die Bäder und technische Ausrüstung gehören dringend optimiert. Reklamation wurde mehrmals dem Chef mitgeteilt, hat uns zwar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, aber das war im gleichen Zustand. Die Zimmer gehen für 4 Sterne und für den Preis gar nicht.

stunning location - fantastic breakfast facing the lake - amazing swimming pool, very quiet and clean - fast wifi

Cons:

we were in the room n.30 and when we switched on the air conditioning the air coming out was smelling of food, probably because we were on top of the kitchen. So don't choose that room!
The plugs in the room didn't work properly either.

Sehr schön außer das renovierungsbedürftige Badezimmer
Pros:

Das Anwesen liegt sehr schön, direkt gegenüber der Insel Monte Isola.
Der Ort ist klein und nicht überlaufen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und besonders die Bedienung am Abend extrem zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer sind keinesfalls ein 4 Sterne Standard
Wirklich alt und teilweise rostig.
Aber dennoch sauber.
Schade wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen, aber dies ist ein No-Go
