Overall a good value for museum visitors
Pros:

The hotel is located on a Main Street close to the South Kensington tube station and three museums: natural history, science and Victoria and Albert. Many eateries and shops around as well.

Cons:

The hotel is aged with no elevator. The luggage storage is open on an upper floor space. The bathroom has no grab bars or anti-slip shower mat.

Very convenient, clean and tidy
Pros:

Very good location, just round the corner of the room. Very clean. Very nice ensuite shower room. We were able to leave our luggage in an open luggage room while we went to an event the morning we checked. Lots of choice over where to get breakfast.

Cons:

The decor in the hallways and bedroom was jaded

Günstige Unterkunft in bester Lage .Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

2 Minuten zur U Bahn , ebenso Restaurants , Lebensmittelmärkte und Bäckereien . Ruhige Lage. Zimmer und Bad frisch renoviert. Betten bequem. TV, Tresor, Kühlschrank und Fön vorhanden.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Concierge. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Außer den Betten und 2 Nachtkästchen waren keine Möbel vorhanden, keine Haken zum Aufhängen.
Im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Utensilien. In anderen Zimmern sind aber Schränke etc. vorhanden. Diese waren schon belegt.

Pros:

Had a kettle and fridge. But can’t get kettle under tap to fill. Bedding clean and shower ok.

Cons:

Old very tired. Rooms hot. No air conditioning and very noisy with windows open. Couldn’t leave open while out as pigeons sat on cill outside!! 81 stairs to room through the whole floor of workmen renovating rooms. That floor was a total building site. To only worked occasionally when it got reception. Only 2 sockets in room and on furthest point from bed. Fridge and kettle used them. Luck I had a multi plug with us.

Brilliant stay every time.
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. I frequently stay at this hotel due to this. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. Exceptional 💯

Excellent location, welcomed by friendly hosts, this is a quite hotel to stay for a couple of nights
Pros:

Many rooms have been recently repainted and the bathroom had brend-new equipment and was absolutely immaculate. the host are friendly. I've been there a couple of time and it is quiet at night. The location is perfect if your work at Imperial College or the French institution nearby or if you visit the wonderful museum in the area.

Cons:

The only thing I hate in Hotels is the carpet even recently washed, it is always doubtful (:-))

El barrio donde está ubicado el hotel es bueno, la ubicación también es buena y la cama es cómoda.

Cons:

La habitación es más pequeña de lo que parece, las cortinas no tapan bien la ventana y entra el sol muy temprano y no te deja dormir bien, el agua de la ducha sale con muy poca presión y no hay enchufe en el baño para secarte el pelo.
