Okay but would try harder to find something better next time
Pros:

The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I felt we paid a lot for this place and it wasn't worth what we paid for it. The breakfast was very ordinary.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

There was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor. In our 70's with cases was not easy

There was no hot water for the shower

There was no power socket by the bed side table

Poor choice of TV channels

Great experience will stay again for sure.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodating, the room was spotlessly clean, the neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant and the location was great close to a tube station so easy to get around.

Cons:

Honestly I can't really think of anything that I didn't like.

Charming drop down window table to watch the keen tennis players at breakfast.
Pros:

Convenient for what we wanted to do. Breakfast was good. Quiet room. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Loved the sash window in the room but curtains had holes in the edges. I prefer duvets to nylon blankets and bedspread.

Great location with lovely helpful staff
Pros:

This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel for a conference at the nearby Pullman International. Really nice homely atmosphere & a lovely quiet location.

Cons:

Stairs to upper floors quite steep and narrow - nothing to be done about that I fear.

Pros:

Muy rico el desayuno, no s muy variado, pero estaba muy bueno. Ofrecen opciones sin gluten. La ubicación es muy buena

Cons:

Baño muy pequeño, un poco claustrofobico porque es poco mas que un hueco equivalente a un pasillo dentro de la habitación. El lavamanos se encuentra fuera del baño, en la propia habitacion.
