Value of money and the hospitable staff is a plus point.
Pros:

The location and specially the staff at reception who was really hospitable and helped me book the room as well as the housekeeping who cleaned the rooms was top notch.

Cons:

The size of room and amenities as well as the expectation regarding the choices like youtube and Netflix on television couldn’t be connected

Kleinschalig hotel op perfecte locatie

De locatie dichtbij St Pancras international is fantastisch! Toch was het er lekker rustig. Het ontbijt was fijn en perfect voldoende. Leuk dat de medewerkers iedere ochtend je bestelling opnemen. De ontbijtruimte vond ik zeer gezellig. Het hotelletje was schoon en de kamers werden dagelijks onder handen genomen, waardoor je een gevoel van zorg ervaart. Alle medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, hulpvaardig en fijn.

Cons:

De vierpersoonskamer is erg klein, en zo ook de badkamer. Ik heb me meedere malen gestoten aan meubels en badkamermeubels. Het tweepersoonsbed was te smal voor mij, daar hou ik echt niet van. De prijs vond ik dus zeker aan de (te) hoge kant (1500 euro voor 5 nachten met 4 in een te kleine vierpersoonskamer).
