Sehr schöne, familiäre und herzliche Atmosphäre
Pros:

Top Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, ca. 10 Minuten zur Victoria Station und 5 Minuten zur Themse. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und haben uns abends nur noch aufs Bett gefreut, das wirklich super bequeme Matratzen hat.

Die Frage können wir nicht beantworten, weil wir uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben

This hotel exceeded every expectation!
Pros:

This was a gem! The reception I received was excellent. The room was perfect with a new mattress. The staff were incredibly warm and accessible, and they want to go the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay. One of my favorite moments was waking up in the morning opening the door to my room and smelling fresh baked pastries that they served in the lobby with coffee. Its location was also excellent. A five minute walk from the Tube, and a 25 minute walk to Westminster. And it was reasonably priced. Great value. I look forward to returning.

Cons:

The pillows were the flat, hard, non-allergenic types. I prefer fluffy pillows. After I gave that feedback, they said they would take care of me when I return.

I arrived at the hotel at around 9 a.m., and to my surprise, I was allowed to check in right away. Thank you so much for that—it meant a lot after a long journey and gave me the chance to rest and recharge.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and even funny, which made my stay feel extra welcoming. The complimentary bread was absolutely delicious, and I was especially touched that after the first day, the host remembered that I liked cappuccino. They even gave me the Shakespeare room !! haha how do you know I love books T.T

The location is also fantastic. It's just a short walk to Pimlico Station, and I was able to walk to many of London's iconic attractions, including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and Hyde Park. Despite being in such a busy city, the neighborhood felt quiet, peaceful, and safe—exactly what I was looking for.

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Pros:

Das gesamte Personal ist richtig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Rosa an der reception ist unglaublich. Lage ist perfekt. Das Haus ist richtig schön und morgens bekommt man Café und Croissants zum dort zu essen oder to go. Gepäckaufbewahrung ist ebenfalls kein Problem. Toller Aufenthalt.

This was an exceptionally well run hotel with very attentive staff and a very comfortable bed. The croissants and coffee each morning was a special treat! The location is superb being so close to Victoria and any shops etc
