Ubicación y trato fantásticos
Pros:

Es muy auténtico con ese toque británico tan bonito.Todo el personal con el que tratamos fue muy amable.Esta en una ubicación perfecta, la zona es tranquila, con restaurantes y tiendas cerca.Muy bien comunicada a 5 minutos de la estación de metro de Pimlico y 10 de Victoria desde donde salen trenes, autobuses y taxis.

La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de varias paradas de autobús (a 5 minutos como máximo) y cerca del metro (estación Pimlico). El trato del personal es maravilloso y hace que te sientas como en casa. Gracias por el detalle de cada mañana del café, los pasteles y la conversación.

Perfekt für Städtetrip - klein, aber fein
Pros:

Es war überaus sauber und das Personal besonders freundlich und nett. Morgens konnte man sich in der Lobby Gebäck und guten Kaffee abholen. Hohes Sicherheitsgefühl und gut mit dem ÖPNV verbunden. Zur Victoria Station zu Fuß ca. 12 Minuten, nach Soho mit dem Bus ca. 20 Minuten. Klimaanlage war bei 36°-38° im Juni sehr angenehm. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Wir hatten DZ im Souterrain (was beim Buchen nicht klar war), wo ein max. 160cm Bett diszipliniertes Schlafen erforderte. Auch das Bad war sehr schmal und eng. Insgesamt etwas hellhörig.

X Das war das erste Mal, dass ich alleine vereist bin, weswegen ich zu Beginn annahm, dass das angebliche 10 Quadratmeter Zimmer, das an einen Kleiderschrank aus Hongkong erinnert, wirklich so klein war und trotzdem der Maße entsprach.

Ich bin anschließend von London nach Dublin geflogen und das Zimmer dort, welches eine ähnliche Maße von 10 Quadratmeter hatte, war doppelt so groß. Und das war die Norm.

Lasst euch nicht abziehen. Wenn ihr in so ein kleines Zimmer gepackt werde, cancelt eure Buchung Vorort wenn es sein muss oder verlangt ein Zimmer, dass von der Größe her tatsächlich der Maße entspricht. Das ist Betrug.

Außerdem: Vermeidet es auf jeden Fall einen Uber am Automaten zu buchen, denn sie dort anbieten. Die Preise sind *4-mal* so hoch, statt das ihr es einfach auf der App auf eurem Handy buchen könnt.

Fantastic staff, Rose in particular was very friendly and helpful - which I really appreciated. Cleanliness was great and I was thankful for the AC unit.

Cons:

The room was very compact, which was fine as that is what I was expecting, however the towel rail by the toilet was a bit too close for comfort.

Pros:

Great location, staff could not have been more accommodating. Loved the boutique hotel feel and balcony on our room (the Churchill Room).

Cons:

Block out blinds on the windows would be great - lots of sunlight in rooms early in summer.
