Lindo hotel, bien ubicado, gran servicio del personal!!!
Pros:

Las habitaciones de hotel están en muy buenas condiciones, buena calidad de almohadas, sábanas y baños. El personal de recepción, limpieza y de servicio son excelentes, muy atentos y amables. Excelente actitud de servicio de todos!!! Muy buena ubicación, a 100 metros de estación de bus y 200 metros de estación de metro. Zona muy bonita y tranquila. Habitaciones silenciosas para descansar después de un día de paseo.

Cons:

Todo bien, el café y pastelería de cortesía en el desayuno, muy convenientes y ricos.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and central
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, well-located and friendly staff. Quiet!! Aircon was good in the tail end of the heatwave. Free pastries and coffee in the morning.

Cons:

The pillows were not to my personal liking, they were a bit flat. I mentioned this on check out but I didn’t request a change of pillows earlier so it may be that would have been possible.

The aircon was quite strong even on the lowest fan setting, and I couldn’t find a good balance on the dial so I alternated between turning it off and on. I did not mention this to the staff so it may have also been an easy fix.

Clean, comfortable with friendly staff
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I checked out early and didn't have time for breakfast but was sent away with some pastries for my travel.
The location was great for me, close enough to Victoria Station that I could walk and I felt safe in the area as a solo traveller walking in the evening and morning.

Cons:

The bathroom is small, but it is London and it is an old building so there is little that can be done. It was still enough space to move around and get what needed to be done, done.

Φανταστικό προσωπικό, ευγενικό, φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα, καθαριότητα καθημερινή, υπέροχα κρεβάτια (πραγματικά) και ο νέος κλιματισμός κάνει τη διαφορά. Ο πρωινός καφές -κρουασανάκια που προσφέρονται σε όλους δωρεάν, ξεχωριστή πινελιά. Λάτρεψα τα καδράκια που συνδυάζουν το όνομα του ξενοδοχείου με τα χαρακτηριστικά λονδρέζικα στοιχεία! Η στάση του λεωφορείου (θρυλικό 24) σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Η γειτονιά υπέροχη, εκλεκτική , ασφαλής, καθαρή. Τι άλλο να ζητήσουμε!

Si vuelvo, repito
Pros:

La atención fue divina. Todos fueron muy amables y atentos. No tuvimos ningún problema y nos ayudaron. El hotel se encuentra entre la estación de Victoria (5-10minutos) y Pimplico (5 minutos). La zona es muy tranquila. Y puedes encontrar de todo a escasos metros. Nosotros estuvimos en el piso inferior (sotano), y estuvimos muy bien, con luz natural y nada de ruido y camas muy cómodas. En la habitación tienes en la nevera, cada día, agua gratuitamente. Y también, para desayunar, te ofrecen café o chocolate con repostería.

Cons:

Aunque ya lo sabíamos de antemano, porque te lo indica el mismo hotel. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. Si te organizas bien con las maletas y la familia lo llevas bien.

Südamega hotell, sobilik perepuhkuseks!
Pros:

Armas oli see, et hommikuti pakuti kohvi ja saiakesi. Hotelli vastuvõtus on väga lahked ja abivalmid töötajad. Meile meeldis väga peatuda selles hotellis. Bussipeatus on lähedal, väga mugav voodi, kompaktne kuid puhas hotell!

Pros:

Wonderful staff. Fantastic location for exploring London. My girls said the morning pastries were delicious.

Cons:

It seems there are two sides to the building? The rooms we had the first night were clean but very small and a bit outdated. The second night we were moved to the other side of the building where rooms were a very nice size by London standards and very clean and pleasant. Over all a great stay and would recommend!

Very welcoming and nice.
Pros:

The location was very nice and the staff was really nice and welcoming. The room was tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room I had, especially the bathroom, was getting a little old. From the pictures it seems that there are more modern rooms available.
As it is an older house it can sometimes be a bit noisy.
