Pros:

Small room but I chose that due to price. Location was excellent for the train, beautiful park and plenty of places to eat

Cons:

It was warm when we were there and I didn't pay attention to the fact that there was no air conditioning in our room

Vaati sitkeyttä ja hyvää kuntoa jotta jaksoi nuo neljä yötä taistella kuumuutta vastaan.
Pros:

Aamiainen tarjoiltiin pöytiin ja sait valita muutamasta vaihtoehdosta. Se oli riittävä, terveellinen. Keittiön väki onnistui hyvin. Huone siivottiin joka päivä ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin.
Sijainti oli erinomainen aivan Paddingtonin juna ja metroaseman lähellä.

Cons:

Hotelli oli vanhassa rakennuksessa jossa on tosi kapeat käytävät jotka kiemurtelevat epäloogisesti. Pettymys oli suuri kun huoneissa ei ollut minkäänlaista ilmastointia, etenkin kun Lontoossa oli ennätyshelteet, ainoastaan sähköinen tuuletin. Ei lapsiperheille eikä liikuntarajoitteisille.

La situation de l'hotel

Cons:

Très très cher pour ce que c'est. Une minuscule chambre avec 2 cintres pour tout rangement. Une chambre non climatisée ou il faisait une chaleur étouffante. Une salle de bain sans même une petite tablette pour mettre les trousses de toilettes qui ont été par terre tout le séjour et que dire de la douche avec pour toute pression un minuscule filet d'eau qui ne permettait même pas de se laver les cheveux. Nous l'avons signalé mais rien n'a été fait. A 250 euros la nuit on s'attend a mieux!!!!!

Perfect place to stay in London!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location, nice cafe with a balcony facing the street and a coffee bar downstairs. Nice interior design and a unique style, nice touches such as magazines in the room.

Cons:

We knew the room was small, it was cozy though slightly uncomfortable because of the size. We also would have loved to have more of a view.

Rooms really could be doing with air con
Pros:

Great location, close to tube and very clean

Cons:

Absolutely unbearable rooms in the heat wave. Our room was at the front street and the sun shone in the window all day. There was no air con. We had to stay out of the room as much as we could as it wasn’t bearable to sit in it even at night.

Given the heat (26 degrees so not crazy) could not have stayed anothe night - so in the middle of summer would only stay
Pros:

Great location - hotel staff were very helpful and the room was clean

Cons:

Our room was like an oven - the window could not open more than 10cm so there was no ventilation and of course there was no air con.

Super kind staff and convenient location.
Pros:

The staff was super helpful as well as kind, and the place is clean and comfortable. Very convenient for traveling back to Heathrow with luggage since so close to Paddington.

Cons:

The medium room is rather small... and it was a little too hot during the heat wave.

Ok stay but noisy sounds from the street.
Pros:

Location is the best and very convenient if you are coming from Heathrow. Bed, bedding and towels are great. Nice coffee shop in the entrance and you can easily replenish your waterbottles. Room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and ventilation is not the best. It was very noisy on the street and people were arguing and screaming so if you are light sleeper it might be a problem. They provide earplugs so I presume it is quite common.

We arrived a couple of hours prior check in and returned to the hotel at 3pm for our room. Instead of having everything prepared we were told we had to wait another 15 min which we made clear was not what we expected. It got sorted out quickly but still worth mentioning.

Alles an diesem Hotel ist toll! Ich fühle mich da sofort zu Hause und muss wohl am Jahresende ein drittes Mal nach London, um mir Wohlfühlzeit zu schenken!
