Pros:

Convenient position, friendly, helpful, considerate staff. Quirky ambience. The lounge is lovely. Food was great. Unexpected oasis in such a busy setting.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, it’s more that, being an old style building, it was quite a rabbit warren with a lot of stairs and a tiny lift that went to certain floors. The site mentions this but the reality is it is a little difficult to move luggage and the rooms

Charmerende men meget støj fra gaden
Pros:

Beliggenheden.
Hyggelige omgivelser til en drink og morgenmad. Charmerende hotel.

Cons:

Det, der trækker ned er klart støjen. Det var som at sove på gaden. Man hører alt, folk der hoster, taler, biler etc (alt) på den noget livlige gade. Virkelig svært at sove. Så om muligt få et værelse væk fra vejen. Og så var brusebad med lunkent vand til den kølige side).

Gute Lage, sonst Abstriche
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Paddington ist perfekt um alle Ecken der Stadt zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Café im EG und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Hier gibt es kein Buffet sondern das Frühstück kann aus verschiedenen Optionen von der Karte bestellt werden und wird an den Tisch gebracht. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gepäck konnte vor dem Check-in aufbewahrt werden. Nicht wie sonst üblich in einer nicht verschlossenen Kammer, sondern richtig mit Märkchen in einem abgeschlossenen Raum.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war auch für Londoner Verhältnisse recht klein und hatte eine niedrige Decke. Auch das Bad war eher klein und das Waschbecken aus Metall spritzte sehr, egal wie stark oder schwach man den Hahn eingestellt hat. Es war von der Straße her auch im 4.OG noch laut, dazu wurden jedoch Ohropax bereitgestellt. Es gab leider keinen Kleiderschrank sondern nur ein kleines Gestell mit 4 Bügeln und 2 Haken. Das war auch bei nur 3 Nächten Aufenthalt etwas wenig. Es gab auch keinen zusätzlichen Stuhl, Tisch o.ä. Das man als Ablage hätte verwenden können.

Another great stay!
Pros:

Our third stay here! We will always choose to stay here when visiting London. Great rooms and facilities, love the sparkling water on tap! Grateful for the luggage storage and early check in. It was super convenient to have a whatsapp chat as I was able to communicate with staff instantly. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Cons:

Nothing! I lost the key card and had to pay £20 for a replacement (completely my fault but £20 ouch!)

A charming, cozy hotel with a great location, friendly staff, and a very comfortable atmosphere.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the hotel was charming and welcoming. We stayed in the bunk-bed room, which was small but cozy, and we slept really well. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast lounge — it was such a comfortable and pleasant space to relax in. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return!

Cons:

The toiletries were the only minor area that could perhaps be improved. The soap didn’t lather particularly well and, after the room was cleaned, it wasn’t replaced. I also wasn’t a big fan of the shampoo, although that may simply be a matter of personal preference. Neither of these things affected our stay or caused any inconvenience.

Great clean location for Paddington Station.
Pros:

The location was great, very close to Paddington Station.

Cons:

I stayed in a Nook. I knew it would be small: that didn't hinder my stay. The room was very dark, it could use a lot more lighting. I left a black glove on the floor; I never saw it because the room so dark, really couldn't see the carpet.
