Where to begin. First the location: 10/10 you are right in the heart of the 6th with non-tourist restaurants all around. Two easy metro entrances to get anywhere in paris.
Hotel: A converted 5 story mansion with a spiral staircase and old world charm. Breakfast is served in the cellar. In quintessential Paris fashion everything is cooked to order. We tried everything on the menu it was fantastic.
Room: We stayed there twice. First in a standard room 2nd time in a superior room. The standard room is typical in europe. Small quarters, but expertly appointed. Superior was massive by old town euro standards.
Staff: 10/10. You can tell they absolutely love their job. So friend friendly. They utterly saved the day when our flight was canceled at the last moment we had to jet to the airport to catch a much earlier flight. I don't know what the gentleman said to the cab company but they were there in less than 5mins and that cabbie broke the light barrier. On our previous stay we had bought delicate champagne and they offered to hold it until we returned a week later. Exceptional service.
We absolutely never stay at any other hotel in Paris except Hotel de Fleurie - Saint-Germain-des-Pres. Worth every price premium.
2nd review since we stayed with them twice.

Hotel: A converted 5 story mansion with a spiral staircase and old world charm. There is a small parlor room off the main reception if you wish to unwind with a fantastic bottle of that we purchased on the way back to the hotel. They even had wine glasses available.
Breakfast: is served in the cellar. In quintessential Paris fashion everything is cooked to order. Hence a small menu but exceptional quality. We tried everything and the standout was the french toast. It would stand up against any culinary house in the states.
Room: We stayed there twice. First in a standard room 2nd time in a superior room. The standard room is typical in europe. Small quarters, but expertly appointed. We had two 65L backpacks, carry luggage and small packages for day trip. Everything fit.
Staff: 10/10. You can tell they absolutely love their job. So friendly. Expert advice on metro routes and restaurant recommendations. On this stay we had bought 6 bottles of delicate champagne and they offered to hold it until we returned a week later so it wouldn't be subjected to heat in the car when we traveled to Belgium and back. Exceptional service.

Nina is exceptionally friendly and helpful. So is other staff. Location is right in the center. The overall vibe of the hotel is lovely and cozy.
The position of ventilation is somewhat facing the bed so I had to turn off or turn to fan during sleep. Not sure if other room is like that.

From the moment we arrived, Hotel de Fleurie delivered the quintessential Parisian boutique hotel experience.
The location is simply outstanding. Nestled in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, you’re surrounded by charming cafés, lively bars, and beautiful streets that buzz with life from morning until late into the evening. The atmosphere is nothing short of magical.
The hotel itself is elegant, intimate, and full of Parisian charm. Breakfast was exceptional and served in a beautiful stone-vaulted cellar that felt like a historic Parisian cave, complete with artwork and cozy bistro tables. The croissants, brioche French toast, eggs, thick yogurt, coffee, and fresh juices were all outstanding.
Yes, the rooms and bathrooms are compact—as expected in central Paris—but the high ceilings, classic French windows, and lovely street views made the room feel bright, spacious, and full of character. The room was also well-equipped with modern amenities, including a fridge, coffee machine, TV, hairdryer, and ample wardrobe space.
The inviting lobby, complimentary water and cakes throughout the day, and the elegant sitting room with books, sofas, and chess sets were thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Asma, Karen, Rose, Vincent, Floreant, and Mohamed each went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, local knowledge, and genuine kindness were second to none.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Hotel de Fleurie to anyone looking for an authentic, elegant, and unforgettable Paris experience.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider replacing the glass shower screen with a full shower curtain. The current glass panel allows some water to splash onto the bathroom floor during showers. It certainly wasn’t a major issue and didn’t detract from our stay, but it’s a simple enhancement that could make the bathroom experience even more comfortable for future guests.
Friendly front desk
The attic room on the 6th floor is cramped, small elevator too and doesn’t go to the 6th floor
