Hotel Orphée - Orso Hotels

At first I did not know what to expect. I saw videos online about this hotel, and I booked it especially because i enjoyed the green color of the interior and exterior. I loved how they paid attention to the smallest details. Even the plates and cups were green! The rooms were well-lit and very clean. The bathroom had all the storage space a woman could need! Despite the room being small, it had everything we needed. I stayed there for 5 nights with my friend and we both enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed that upon our arrival , there were two pieces of cake waiting for us at our room! My friend and I were super hungry after our trip and we definitely appreciated the quick and yummy snack! The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help make our stay more comfortable. I had stayed at other hotels in Paris before, but I have to say the service at Hotel Orphée was exceptional! The area around the hotel was also quite nice and we had easy access to the Saint Marcel bus station directly across the street from the hotel. There are two pharmacies on either side of the hotel, multiple restaurants, a supermarket and a Mcdonald’s close by as well. We booked breakfast at the hotel for the duration of our stay and the service there was great as well. Everything tasted delicious. The staff was even kind enough to receive an amazon package for me prior to my arrival at the hotel. Every time I messaged them before coming to Paris, they would reply promptly and address any requests or questions that I had.

L’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à l’hôpital. Pitié-Salpêtrière.. le bus s’arrête devant l’hôtel , le métro est juste en face. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Il est très confortable, les chambres sont bien équipées. La salle de bain est pratique, un peu petite, mais bon on est à Paris.

I loved everything. The location was perfect! Super close to Saint-Marcel Metro Station. Super close to many restaurants. The bar/restaurant "declic" was right down stairs to the left! I loved the waterfall shower head in the room. Wifi in the room was so fast and was a life saver with using google maps for planning out my trip directions. Breakfast was good with many options and it was in a comfortable place with great service. I would stay again.

The reception area was good, staff were quite friendly.

The room was nice and mostly clean, when we arrived we had to ask them to clean out toilet seat because it was dirty but the rest of the room was clean. The rooms face a busy road/junction where you do hear sirens sometimes but we were able to sleep well. It was nicely decorated and felt new. The bed was comfortable, I have chronic pain and didn't struggle with any discomfort due to the bed. The area felt very safe and all the Parisians we spoke to agreed it was a safe area.

The staff were wonderful, professional, and always helpful. They were proactive in changing the towels and linens and were happy to provide information about any additional services whenever needed.

However, the hotel room was quite small, which is fairly typical for many hotels in Paris. In addition, the hotel's proximity to the metro meant there was often some noise, sometimes even during the night.

Although the hotel is undoubtedly in a central location, it is better connected by bus. The nearby Saint-Marcel metro station, despite being just a short walk away, did not always provide convenient access to the places we wanted to visit.

Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Przyjemny pokój, zadbany i czysty, i co najważniejsze podczas upalnych dni, sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja, dzięki której można było odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Smaczne śniadania, przyjemna atmosfera. Świetna lokalizacja obiektu, w pobliżu wiele atrakcji do których można udać się na pieszo, metro i stacja kolejowa w pobliżu dzięki czemu szybko można dostać się m.in. w okolice wieży Eiffla.
