Amazing breakfast spread
Pros:

Nina who hosted us at breakfast greeted us with a smile to start our Paris adventure after a great first night sleep! The coffee was superb and the breakfast choices endless. Victoria Palace has thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable and memorable!

Wonderful hotel & Nina is a gem
Pros:

This hotel is incredible. Beautiful rooms, excellent check in!!Nina who works in the breakfast bistro makes the whole experience amazing. She can't do enough for you. She's so smiley, she gets you a drink of your choice before you've even sat down, she's helpful and she just absolutely made our day! Thank you, Nina 😊

Beautiful hotel where every detail delights
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel, every little detail comes together to make the stay special. We booked the Executive room and it was spacious and really comfortable, with a huge bathroom, two closets and even a small hall, and of course it was spotless. The bed is amazing, I slept better there than at home. One thing worth mentioning is the air conditioning, which is a must in the summer and definately not easy to find in Paris. We paid extra for breakfast and we were so glad we did, lots of options, all of them delicious, and the staff could not be nicer, especially Nina. The location is very perfect, the hotel sits on a quiet street with hardly any traffic so the room stayed silent at night. The neighbourhood is lovely, the metro is close by, and if you like walking you can reach most of the main sights on foot. We would not hesitate to book here again next time we come to Paris.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff were exceptional.

Cons:

We arranged through the front desk for a taxi to drive us to the airport on our checkout day. I’m not sure if you use the same taxi company or driver, but the driver was less than helpful and told us we’d need to lift our own luggage into the taxi. I thought it was not very professional.

Great stay in Paris. Exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, every detail adds up to a wonderful experience.
We stayed in the Executive room and it was very comfortable and spacious, it included a huge bathroom and 2 closets + a hall. Needless to say, it was spotless. The bed is amazing. Also, importante to note it has air conditioning - a must if you travel during the summer months and not so easy to find in Paris.
We paid for breakfast and we are glad we did! It includes multiple options, all delicious and the staff is super friendly, especially Nina.
The location is perfect, the hotel is located on a low traffic street making it very quiet in the room. The neighborhood is pretty, close to the metro and also within walking distance to all the tourist attractions (if you enjoy walking).
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I travel to Paris in the future!

Don’t miss lovely hidden gem in the 6th!
Pros:

The service here can not be beat - the attention to detail was amazing and came from super professional, friendly staff members! Don’t skip breakfast- enjoy the bar where one can get special custom made cocktails and linger in the lobby which is very well designed and decorated. The location is unmatched - go see this tiny jewel in central
Paris. Say hello to Chloe and Areski from us- you won’t regret it ! Perfect for romance and family!

Hotel sehr überbewertet, wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder!

Bis auf 2 Ausnahmen- desinteressiertes Personal… mehr mit dem Handy und/ oder iPad beschäftigt als mit den Gästen. Man wurde meistens weder begrüßt noch beachtet. Keinerlei Informationen beim Check-in bzgl. Frühstück etc.

Amazing Stay. We will always come back!

Dear Victoria Palace Hotel, I can't thank you enough for how you treated us during our trip to France this summer. We had an amazing experience with my wife when we came in November and this time we came back with our son at the beginning and at the end of our road trip. Our stay on August 8 was great and our stay on August 19 was just incredible with the two amazing rooms that you gave us. We can't ask for more. Rest assured that we will always come back to Victoria Palace.

Safe, charming, well-appointed and conveniently located hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is extremely well located, on a quiet side street off of a larger avenue filled with of stores and cafes. It was a convenient walk to everywhere we needed to go, and the neighborhood is very charming. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and safety of the surroundings, as first-time travelers to Paris.

Cons:

I can’t say anything negative! It was truly a wonderful spot.
