Cortesia del personale e pulizia della struttura

Cons:

Un piccolo rimprovero per la camera che una mattina non è stata risistemata. Abbiamo fatto colazione per le 8.00, per le 8e40 siamo usciti dall'albergo, al rientro (le 11e30) non era ancora stata rifatta, siamo andati a pranzo e nemmeno in seguito l'abbiamo trovata a posto. Segnalato alla reception chiedendo che la rifacessero, ma essendo passate le 12.00 non avevano più il personale adatto. Il rammarico è che si va in albergo anche per non doversi rifare la camera (almeno una volta al giorno).

Staff molto cordiale e soddisfa ogni esigenza/richiesta. Buona posizione.

Cons:

La camera molto buia, costretto ad accendere le luci anche durante le ore di piena luce. Diversa da quella riportata in foto al momento della prenotazione. Quindi costo elevato per la tipologia di camera. Un po' di confusione durante la colazione.

Echt goed hotel!
Pros:

Hotel met goede ligging gelegen in klein gehucht met bijzonder goed personeel.
Dit van receptie, tot bediening in de eetzaal alsook het onderhoudspersoneel!
Verder, zeer goed ruim ontbijt en telkens 's avonds lekker gegeten. De spaghetti met pesto lemon was FANTASTISCH!

Cons:

De nabij gelegen stadjes dit vanbij het hotel tot Portofino zijn tijdens de Juli maand onmogelijk te bezoeken.
Dit vanwege de parking die NERGENS te vinden is. Alles staat boemvol.
Bij een dagtrip naar Portofino werden we zelfs met velen 'smorgens reeds om 10u15 door de politie terug gestuurd vanwege het " over " toerisme, zo blijkt.
Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we bij de keuzemenu van het dinner telkens alleen de keuze tussen visgerechten. Geen vlees.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit guter Lage unweit vom Strand. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Freundliches Personal mit deutscher Sprache.

Prima volta in questa parte della Liguria ed in questa struttura. Unica per chi sceglie tranquillità. Vicinanza con il mare. Qualche locale carino dove mangiare. Staff eccellente e gentilissimo. Comodità assoluta anche perché a richiesta e a pagamento, c’è la possibilità di prenotare un posto auto coperto. Tutto contribuisce a che il soggiorno sia confortevole ed unico. Stanze pulite, accoglienti. Letto comodissimo. Bagno con doccia doppia comodissima. Bar aperto dalle 7 alle 24. Possibilità di prendere il sole o il fresco la sera in una terrazza attrezzata. Non c’è nulla fuori posto. Possibile pranzare e cenare in struttura. Colazione varia dal dolce al salato con prodotti di eccellente qualità. Due giorni che sono volati e che ti fanno venire voglia di tornare. Il borgo offre pochi servizi, ma quel che c’è basta per chi non ha la pretesa della movida a tutti i costi. Consigliatissimo.
