Tout était parfait !
Pros:

L'ensemble du personnel est vraiment à l'écoute et super avenant. L'accueil est amical et chaleureux. Toujours un petit mot sympa. L'hôtel est magnifique et très bien situé. Nous étions côté rue et nous avons même dormi la fenêtre ouverte. Propreté impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie au top. Petit dej au calme et en terrasse...cela fait la différence ! Nous recommandons le parking sur place à l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit Atmosphäre zum sehr günstigen Preis.
Pros:

Schönes älteres gepflegtes Haus mit supermodernem Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Minibar (Kühlschrank), schönes modernes Bad mit Bidet, sehr nettes Personal, Abstellmöglichkeit fürs Auto - es passt alles. Jederzeit wieder! Schönes Frühstück!

Angenehmes und sauberes Hotel etwas abseits des Trubels
Pros:

- sehr nettes Personal
- saubere und relativ grosse Zimmer
- Frühstücksbüffet war gut (hätte aber etwas mehr frisches Brot ertragen können)
- Umschwung (Terrasse, Garten, Whirlpool)

Cons:

Die Lage war OK (der Fussmarsch durch den Park in die Stadt schön), aber doch etwas abseits und das Quartier nicht berauschend. Das nächste Mal würde ich wohl eher ein Hotel nahe des Zentrums mit Meerblick wählen (Meerblick gibt es bei diesem Hotel nur wenn man sich aus dem Fenster lehnt oder ein Zimmer mit Balkon hat).
Ausserdem (aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts): praktisch die ganzen Strände sind kostenpflichtige Bäder. Kaum Platz für ein paar schöne Stunden am Strand.

Pros:

Service first class. Personable, efficient and proactive. It felt that nothing was too much trouble with every member of the team we met
Communication first class prior to visit and en route
Room spotlessly clean and bathroom good quality
Great location with on site parking. We liked that it was in a quiet area just away from the main centre, which was only a short walk through a shaded park

Car parking charge and leaving key felt unnecessary, although to be fair this was clearly communicated before

Room was clean and beds/pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

in the morning, there was no hot water in the hotel and when we mentioned this, they told us they received complaints on this already and they checked that water is set in 46 degrees as if I should know which degree it should be :( I did not feel that they do anything to help.
it is a bit on the hill, so you can walk down to city before 7pm through the park close by but going back in the evening should be from the road and it was hard with a stroller.
it is a four star hotel but there was no kettle/coffee (basically nothing) in the room.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel a été rénové en gardant son authenticité. On peut garer sa voiture pour 15 par nuit. Bonne literie. Il y a un accès au centre ville et à la plage par un jardin, ce qui est très agréable. Et le personnel parle français !

Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner. Hôtel travaille en collaboration avec un restaurant sur Rapallo. Nous avons essayé c'était très bien rapport qualité et prix. Gros avantage pour les propriétaires de voiture électrique - une borne est accessible sur le parking de l'hôtel. La chambre était super avec une jolie terrasse. Un grand merci pour le sur classement. Si nous revenons dans la région nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dans votre hôtel.
Rien à dire non plus sur l'accueil et la qualité des conseilles reçus pour la visite des 5 terres
