La habitación era una pena, estaba sucio todo, olía muy mal los baños…
Pros:

Respecto a la ubicación, está muy bien y al lado de la estación de Termini y andando puedes ir a los monumentos sin problema.

Cons:

Estaba sucio, el baño regular, el portal siempre estaba lleno de gente drogadicta, se meaban en los portales. No nos han limpiado la habitación ningún día, los colchones estaban fatal, la habitación en general una pena. Deberían de reformarlo poco a poco.

Poor and very loud facilities

It's very near Termini. So, if you find yourself late at night with no place to stay, it works

Old hostel. The toilet in the room has no ventilation. Nor does it have a proper door. The doors are very thin like they would be wardrobe doors. They look like wardrobe doors. When the toilet is flushed it makes the same sound a plane toilet makes. Very loud. Woke up my tired little girl repeatedly. We asked Booking.com for a refund for the remainder of the nights out of our Booking after staying the first night. This was on the 28th May. They said they spoke to the property and we need to wait 48 hours for a reply. It is now the 6th of June. We heard nothing. It's terrible service. Not just the hotel itself. But Booking.com. not to mention Hotel Casali is the same hotel as Ferrari. We booked that first, booking wasn't confirmed, money was taken and, to this day, not returned! Cannot believe this is happening.

Cons:

Check in ritardato nonostante avessero avuto tempo per preparare la camera. Camera sporca e fatta pulire all'ultimo momento da personale non qualificato. Spazi interni comuni assenti, terzo piano con un piccolo ascensore affollato. Locale colazione piccolissimo

They wrote Ferrari on booking and put us in a hotel with a different name. There were bugs in the bathroom. When you looked through the outside door, you could see inside the room. There was no kettle. There was almost nothing for breakfast. It was very poor. But the staff was good.

Pros:

Fenster sind echt gut! Mit dem ganzen Lärm von außen. 😅

Cons:

-Es erfolgte keine Zimmerreinigung oder Handtuchwechsel.

-Es waren keine Fernsehgeräte vorhanden.

-Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte lediglich am ersten Tag.

-Das Frühstücksangebot war äußerst begrenzt.

-Die Umgebung war leider stark von Drogenabhängigkeit geprägt.

- WC sehr engen.

Lo único buena ubicación, todo lo demás pésimo
Pros:

La zona en la que está ubicado, aunque es un poco conflictiva, tiene cerca estación de tren, autobuses y metro

Cons:

La limpieza es pésima, el baño sin higiene, el desayuno que solo pan manteca, queso en porciones, cereales y poca variedad dulces, una máquina para café y leche y zumos de máquina.
Para encontrarlo hay q buscar muy bien ya que está en un edificio donde hay 3 hoteles más.
La calle está llena de vagabundos y gente conflictiva.
