Pros:

subito dall'accoglienza e al check in ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Molto disponibili e la titolare ci ha consigliato anche qualche spiaggia/posto per dove andare durante la nostra permanenza.
Molto comodo come zona, in 15' di camminata si arriva in spiaggia sia attrezzate che libere.
Colazione sia di dolci che salati abbondante e molto buona.

Pros:

At der var rent og pænt på værelse og fælles områder.
Beliggenheden er god hvis man har bil, selve byen er meget lille.

Cons:

At poolen blev mere og mere beskidt, på trods af at de har en robot støvsuger. Som bare sjældent blev brugt.
Morgenmaden var semi god

Lite og sjarmerende hotell med få rom. Lite gjester og rolig stemning. Nydelig uteområde og deilig basseng. Nok solstoler. Liten bar inne. God service. God lunsj. Kjøleskap på rommet. Store rom. God service og hyggelige ansatte. Ok frokost.

Cons:

Dårlig wifi. Kjedelig område. Må ha bil for å komme til andre nabolag som har butikker/restauranter. Etter lunsjtid kl 14.00 er det ikke mulig å bestille mat

We hafd a nice stay but do not expect any luxury at this hotel.
Pros:

Nice pool area. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Worn out rooms with very basic amenitites. Very small balcony.
Breakfast was okay but nothing specieal.

Pyszne śniadanie, miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym, miła obsługa, świetna lokalizacja zarówno pod względem 5 terre jak i Toskanii (Florencja, Piza, Lukka, Siena), pokoje codziennie sprzątane, klima która cały czas działa, pokoje z widokiem na basen, którą sam w sobie jest świetny.

Hôtel pratique pour aller à la Spezia, lieu de départ des 5 terres. Et l’accueil parfait

L’accueil très bon, le personnel parlant français et répondant à toutes nos demandes, les équipements corrects

Cons:

Pas de restaurant le soir mais la réception nous a conseillé un restaurant à 200 m très bien ( il pilota). La localisation moyenne.

Cons:

I když je hotel pet friendly a na bookingu jsme zadávali, že cestujeme s mazlíčkem. Recepční na nás koukal jako na problém. Nicméně na pokoji měl náš pes potom nachystané misky, pytlíky a pamlsek. Na recepci potom, neustále dávali přednost italským hostům. Vybavení pokoje už něco zažilo. Cena absolutně neodpovídá kvalitě. Necítili jsme se moc vítáni. Před 8 hodinou ráno vypli centrálně klimatizaci, což je v těhle vedrech nesnesitelné.
