Pros:

Very good location in Genoa. Very short walking distance to the station and within walking distance of the city center. Clean hotel and room. We had the junior suite with a balcony on the fifth floor. Spacious room with two armchairs. Very good pillows, I think Tempur pillows. The bathroom was decent in size. Friendly staff. There is a small terrace where you could sit.

Cons:

My husband found the mattress a bit too hard. The water coming out of the shower was very limited. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection, but was sufficient for us.

La amabilidad de quien nos recibió y de las personas que asisten : espectacular. Con información turística, descuentos, recomendaciones. A pocos metros de la estación de tren, un cartel con el nombre de la calle y la indicación con carteles con el nombre del hotel y flechas para el ascensor gratuito para el acceso. Muy cómodo. Se accede a los pisos superiores luego de la recepción también por ascensor. La vista divina, la habitación amplia, luminosa, balcón hacia el mar .las camas muy cómodas, frigobar y lugar para acomodar el equipaje. Aire acondicionado, muy buen wifi. El baño muy cómodo, con elementos de higiene personal. Limpieza diaria. El desayuno muy bueno, muy agradables las personas que asisten. Muy agradable todo.

Super Lage für Zugreisende.

Lokalizacja nie daleko dworca kolejowego. Ale jest cicho, śniadanie typowo włoskie. Ze względu na remont obiektu obok lekkie trudności ze znalezieniem windy.

Great location. Close to the station. Spacious room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Happily stay here again.

Great location for shops and restaurants, hotel a bit tired

Booked parking through the hotel at a local garage only a short distance from the hotel, found it easy, staff pleasant.
hotel itself is sandwiched between lots of high buildings but in a good location, check in staff pleasant and helpful.
location not far from main old town and port. Room clean

Hotel is very tired and needs a makeover, rooms very sparse . Breakfast although plentiful was a little on the cheap side compared with other hotels stayed in on this vacation of a similar grading

Pros:

La mia camera (junior suite) era ampia e comoda, con una bella visuale sul porto di Genova. Posizione perfetta, a 100 metri dalla stazione di Porta Principe e vicinissima al centro.

Colazione essenziale. Sarebbe gradita una maggiore varietà di pietanze.

Pros:

Excelente del principio al fin: desde la ubicación (cerca de la estación de tren Piazza Principe, de la estación marítima donde salen los cruceros, de metro y de varios restaurantes ), hasta la atención del personal y el excelente desayuno. Si vuelvo a Génova, sin lugar a dudas, me alojaré ahí otra vez.
