Unfortunately, the housekeeping and front desk service were very disappointing.

When our room was cleaned in the morning, the toilet paper had already run out, but it was not replaced. The towels were not replaced either. At around 7:30 PM, we called reception and asked for toilet paper and were told that someone would bring it within 30 minutes.

More than an hour later, nothing had arrived. When we were leaving the hotel, we spoke to the two staff members at the reception desk and were told that they had been busy and that there was no housekeeping staff available after 5 PM.

What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. Their response was impolite and rather confrontational, as if we were at fault for raising the issue. They did not apologize or make any real effort to resolve the problem, and they responded to us while remaining seated behind the desk throughout the conversation. For a hotel in this category, I found this attitude particularly unprofessional and disappointing.

The explanation that there was no housekeeping staff after 5 PM also does not address the actual problem. Basic amenities such as toilet paper and fresh towels should have been checked and replenished when the room was cleaned that morning.

Not replacing the towels is already disappointing for a hotel of this standard, but leaving a room without even basic necessities such as toilet paper and then failing to deliver it after being contacted is a significant service failure.

This experience was a major negative point in our stay and seriously affected our impression of both the hotel’s housekeeping standards and the professionalism of its front desk service.
