Pros:

Sehr freundlich, tolles Pub im EG mit leckerem Essen, top Lage und trotzdem nicht laut

Cons:

Die Matratze war schon sehr am Ende ihrer Lebenszeit erreicht und die Spiralfedern drückten nach oben. Mit dem dünnen Layer und Decke drauf ging es aber

best hospitaliity and staff friendliness we have ever experienced
Pros:

Staff went out of there way for last minute accommodation when another booking.com booking failed because we were over 65 - two hours before the booking. Harding Hotel were brilliant

Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, se puede ir a pie a todas las visitas, incluso a Guinness.
El personal es muy amable, propio de los irlandeses.
El pub debajo es un típico pub irlandés, con música en vivo todos los días, y también con buena comida. Si se quiere estar más cómodo, también tienen un Bistrot.
Para los días de excursion temprano, se puede solicitar un desayuno take away.
El desayuno es en el Bistrot, no es buffet pero es Bueno. Se pide con menú.
Las habitaciones son grandes, servicio de limpieza a diario, cuenta con mesa y agua caliente, mini heladera y plancha.

Vale la pena por todos los puntos a favor

Cons:

Las camas dobles son dos camas simples unidas, lo cual hace incómodo dormir en pareja, porque en el medio está la unión de los colchones
El cuarto tiene un look ochentoso, pero está limpio.
Se siente un poco la música del pub, pero alrededor de las 22 ya está en silencio, no es un problema para dormir.

Excellent stay. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Location was great and walkable to town.
Pros:

The hotel location was excellent. Within walking distance of town and many attractions. Local area was very well served with shops, restaurants and bars.

Disappointing Stay – Room for Improvement
Pros:

The hotel has a peaceful and relaxing environment, which I really appreciated during my stay. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was not quite up to expectations, particularly considering the room rate of around AED 700 per night.
The room was quite small, with a limited view and a blocked window, which made it feel somewhat confined. I also experienced a few maintenance issues, including a leaking shower pipe and a blocked wash basin drain.
I was also surprised that complimentary drinking water was not provided. The breakfast could also be improved, as it was not served as a buffet and the tea quality was below expectations.
Overall, I feel the experience could have been better for the price paid. I hope the management will consider these points and take steps to enhance the overall guest experience.

comfortable stay although could do with some TLC was all good for me.
Pros:

welcoming staff, comfortable room and there was aircon, a safe and a fridge which are not standard these days and a nice surprise.
i asked for a quieter room and was facilitated on the 5th floor , i could hear the church bells regularly but better than being over the bar.

Cons:

could do with some TLC but it fit the purpose of my one night stay.
