Great location, view and rooftop
Pros:

Location, good sized room with excellent wrap balcony overlooking Gaudi’s Palau Güell, rooftop bar area with pool (note pool very shallow lap pool, but as weather so hot great to cool off each day)
The lady at the pool bar was excellent on each occasion we were there

Cons:

Underwhelming breakfast (plentiful but hot food was disappointing)
One lift not working for three days of stay
As our room was under pool was noises from water filter

A nice hotel but a bit pricey
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a mini fridge and a refillable water station. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was great.

Cons:

The gym floor was filthy. The window in my room had a view to a light well. The appearance of the hotel is a bit dated.

Det var en fantastisk resa och perfekt hotell 🙏🏼 Jag och min dotter är mycket nöjda.
Pros:

Perfekt läget och fin terrass med pool ❤️

Cons:

Hade önskar att det fanns mera grönsaker och mer utvalt av mejeriprodukter till frukost buffé ☺️

Cons:

aircondition larmede vildt og ikke bare pga den var tændt men fordi der løb vand i, og så var håndklæder og sengetøj plettet
(det var vasket, men med store pletter der ikke var kommet af i vask) og morgenmaden var kedelig og der manglede hele tiden noget, selv om personalet gjorde hvad de kunne

Tout était bien mais j’ai attribué une note de 7/10 car j’ai indiqué qu’il fallait deux lits séparés en vain une fois dans la chambre il y’avait un lit double je l’ai bien signalé rien à faire puis ils m’ont remis deux drap simple et j’ai fait moi même les deux dits car la femme de ménage était déjà partie sans parler de la froideur de la femme à l’accueil c’était le 25/06 à 15h. Elle était tout sauf professionnelle. Elle n’avait pas réglé le problème alors que son collègue de 12h était très professionnel et a l’écoute. C’était très agaçant de rentrer dans la chambre avec un lit défait. Je ne reviendrai pas à cet établissement à cause de cet incident.
