Could not sleep because air/con unit was leaking water all over floor so switched it of so had to leave window in showe/toilet room open also window in bedroom noticed after taking pictures of air/conversation unit that it has been leaking for sometime and has not been fixed why did they put my wife and I in this room when they know unit has been leaking as you know I use booking.com a lot I am not making false accusations also further more I expect a full apology from Hotel Madrid plus reimbursement

A great hotel for a very reasonable price
Pros:

Small balcony with an ashtray, secure parking for my motorcycle, swimming pool

Cons:

Rooms are not very soundproof. Noisy lovers in the adjacent room

Good Value.
Pros:

Room was of a good size and clean- toiletries provided in the bathroom , we checked in on the 6th-7th of September,
The young guy on reception was very friendly - welcoming and helpful re directions etc.
Bar area was very basic but the prices were good
Location was good with a few bar/restaurants nearby.
Towels were handed out at reception if you wanted to use the nearby pool

Cons:

Breakfast was very average, hot items re sausage- bacon- scrambled egg were only luke warm
Towels in the bathrooms need changing - they are off colour and hard.
The hotel pool is not in the hotel- you need to leave the hotel and go across the road , you are given a code for access through the gate,
The sun loungers are of bad quality - some are broken and more sunbeds are needed.

My biggest disappointment re our stay was the barmaid that was on duty Monday the 7th - we went into the bar at 8.05 and the bar was quiet as it closes at 9pm - the barmaid was so rude , basically did not want us in there as she was cleaning and getting ready to close up and she made it very obvious regarding how rude she was - was very disappointing.

Satisfecho con la visita
Pros:

Satisfecho con el servicio. El personal es amable, la comida está deliciosa y la ubicación es cercana al mar.

Cons:

No me gustó que las toallas olieran a cloro. Si tienes alergias, no te lo recomiendo.

Para dormir bien
Pros:

Estaba cerca de la playa y la cama era cómoda

Cons:

El ascensor era super pequeño un poco apretujados
El aire acondicionado sonaba bastante asi que no lo pusimos por la noche por el ruido
La nevera , la parte del congelador no congelaba y tenía una placa de hielo enorme
La terraza daba al baño por la ventana de la otra habitación algo un poco incómodo
Había manchas en la pared del baño marrones¿? No sé qué sería eso😅

Repetiría si mejoran las camas
Pros:

Me gustó el desayuno, bastante equilibrado y bien presentado. La piscina es agradable

Cons:

Las camas eran muy incómodas y pequeñas se nos salían los pies y los muelles se te clavaban. La relación calidad/precio es buena pero se cae por tierra al dormir mal por el colchón
