Location

Cons:

I was advised them for extension my room number 129 and will take another economy room and cancel my existing 416 room. They confirmed me on yesterday night and advised me all done and I should pay on morning.
Sudden morning I got a phone call and they informed me I should check out from my two room ( 129 and 416 ) or I can extend my room 416 but 129 already sold out then I said how it's possible ?
Yesterday night you confirmed and said all done about booking and morning you are saying totally opposite so what can I do now ? No answer from them

Great location and good value
Pros:

I stayed for a long weekend with my Son. The Hotel is in a great location just off the main area. Our room was small but was clean and everything we needed.

The air conditioning was great, staff pleasant and there was a small rooftop pool and bar in you wanted it.

I would definitely stay again

La chambre et le personnel du petit déjeuner , proche de la rambla et du métro

Cons:

Je suis globalement satisfaite mais nous étions très attentifs à l extérieur le soir , il y a certaines rues peu fréquentables mais bon je ne peux pas le reprocher cela à qui que ce soit de l’hôtel …

Pros:

Location is pretty good, close to everything, but very scary at night for two girls duo to the short distance to el raval.

Cons:

We ordered a double twin room, when we checked in the employee sent us to an economy room without telling us. When we went to the reception we were told there is no twin room available, the next day we got upgraded to a room with a balcony so it’s ok.

tiny tired rooms that smelt .

Pool was tiny and certainly not swimable due to multiple levels. Only appropriate to cool down.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room, staff cleaned and restocked towels etc daily. Great roof top area for relaxing. Food and room service were excellent.

Breakfast (only got to experience it 1 morning as compensation for our trouble, was not included price)

Cons:

The room smelled terrible (poop), was tiny, had hair on the bed linen and in the shower, the drains were out of the shower and sink..awful- we went to complain and were told that the manager would be in in the morning- so we had to stay in that room for the night. The staff in the morning were helpful and moved us to a better room, promised to refund only 50 euros of our $700-800 cost. We left after 2 nights of our 4 night non-refundable stay.
