Categories

Cleanliness
8.9
Several guests explicitly mention good cleanliness ('Limpieza') and no widespread complaints about hygiene; overall clean rooms and public areas.
Service
9.2
Consistently praised staff and reception (named praise for Belén), described as very helpful and welcoming; service is a strong positive in most reviews.
Location
9
Multiple mentions of excellent location — next to the park, close to Plaza España and convenient for exploring; location is a clear strength.
Room Quality
8
Rooms often described as spacious and comfortable but there are recurring issues: some rooms smaller than expected, balcony variability, wrong bed configuration on arrival, and an uncomfortable sofa bed.
Amenities
8.3
Rooftop pool and parking are notable positives, but guests report overcrowding at the pool, occasional lack of towels and insufficient pool facilities (beds/umbrellas); overall amenities are good but with capacity issues.
Value for Money
8.9
Several reviews explicitly call it good value or 'luxurious at a reasonable price'; overall guests feel the hotel offers solid value for what is provided.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Buffet and breakfast repeatedly praised for quality and variety, though some mention hot items served lukewarm and a restriction on a welcome voucher (only usable for juice).
Overall Experience
8
Many guests describe a very enjoyable or perfect stay (pool, staff, breakfast), but issues such as morning repair noise for some rooms, pool overcrowding, and room allocation problems temper the overall experience.

Buscar mejores opciones.
Pros:

La ubicación era estupenda.

Cons:

Cons:

Nada
