Important information:

Please note that the Old Town is a pedestrianized area. Guests can drive to the hotel for unloading luggage. Access is only possible via Bergstraße. The reception provides reduced tickets for the Linzergasse public parking garage (at Glockengasse 4a).

Arrival and departure is possible from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 11:00. From 11:00 onwards and on Sundays and public holidays guests require a code which is available upon request via the telephone. Guests can call Altstadt Hotel Stadtkrug free of charge from the bollard by the property.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10 per pet, per night applies.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfect for a stay in Salzburg
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms, the chocolates on the pillows were a thoughtful touch. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant served great quality food at good value. The location is perfect if you only have a few days in Salzburg.

Hotel clássico e muito bem localizado
Pros:

O atendimento na receção e no restaurante onde jantamos, bem como ao pequeno-almoço.
O hotel está muito bem localizado, conseguimos ir a pé para visitar a maioria das atrações da cidade histórica de Salzburgo.
A decoração é clássica, mas perfeitamente enquadrado na própria cidade.

Ein Hotel für Menschen ohne Gehprobleme

Die Leute sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Hotel ist für Behinderte, mein Mann geht am Rollator, unmöglich. Bis zum Lift 2 x 4 Treppen, ebenfalls zum Frühstücksraum.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein.

Die Sauberkeit. Vor allem das Badezimmer war nicht sauber geputzt. Es waren noch Haare von den vorherigen Gästen in der Dusche. Auch die Toilette war nicht richtig sauber geputzt.

Very warm welcome and help with luggage to room and kindly arranged an electric iron & board. Nicely furnished room with aircon & fridge. Enjoyed a comfortable and quiet nights sleep. The Breakfasts were generous and the fruit was much appreciated.
