Important information:

Please note that the Old Town is a pedestrianized area. Guests can drive to the hotel for unloading luggage. Access is only possible via Bergstraße. The reception provides reduced tickets for the Linzergasse public parking garage (at Glockengasse 4a).

Arrival and departure is possible from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 11:00. From 11:00 onwards and on Sundays and public holidays guests require a code which is available upon request via the telephone. Guests can call Altstadt Hotel Stadtkrug free of charge from the bollard by the property.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10 per pet, per night applies.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mitten in Salzburg
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das klimatisierte Zimmer war Gold wert. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut. Unsere E-Bikes waren auf der Dachterrasse sicher versorgt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat sehr stark geblasen und konnte nicht schwächer eingestellt werden.
Der Weg zur Dachterrasse war sehr steil und mit den vielen Stufen sehr mühsam.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war vorbildlich hilfreich- Frau Zoller glaube ich. Somit war vom Empfang weg die Stimmung höchst positiv.

Pros:

Mir haben das Hotel und das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Es war während meines Aufenthaltes in Salzburg sehr heiß und mein Zimmer hatte nur einen Ventilator. Normalerweise brauche ich ohnehin keine Klimaanlage, aber bei bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur, wäre es gut gewesen.

一間收費這麼高的飯店，各方面給客人的感覺都沒有很好，它周遭許多飯店或許都比較好

位置好，離景點不遠

Cons:

一晚接近台幣一萬元的飯店，房間擺設真的是維持傳統老飯店而已，並不方便客人使用，再一次我們被迫準備生活用品，放在小包裡面，就算有電梯，也沒有用，因為出現樓中樓的階梯。最扯的是早餐，根本沒有什麼食物可以選擇，連炒蛋或水煮蛋都是點了才有，如果是山區的飯店還情有可原，但這裡是薩爾斯堡耶，也太離譜了

Cons:

Kein Balkon, keine Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht auf den Innenhof war nicht schön.

Would stay again!
Pros:

We loved our room for 3- It had a huge suite like space and a small side room and bathroom for our daughter.

The location, bedding, and breakfast were excellent.

Cons:

Like a lot of older buildings the elevator and stairs after a long day of sight seeing seemed extra and the elevator is not convenient but also is part of the charm. It would not be ideal for mobility challenged people.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Personal sehr freundlich, alles sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Nicht gerade preiswert, das mag an der Lage liegen bzw. an den zu der Zeit stattfindenden Festspielen; besonders negativ fand ich die vielen Stufen auf jeder Etage, die man trotz Fahrstuhl mit seinem Gepäck überwinden musste.
