And have been in the hotel world for 30 years. Having a team that truly love the property and location elevates the experience for everyone. Our beautiful room was called
La scala with gorgeous hand painted murals and a traditional Tuscan ceiling. Breakfast was yummy even for vegetarians. But the friendly and funny team is the heart of the is hotel. They make you feel like family. The location is good and quiet and easily walkable to all Lucca sights. We were only there for 1 night but Lucca deserves several days.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful! Wish we had more than 1 day for this charming walled city.

Wir kämen gerne wieder in dieses Albergo.
Pros:

Die ideale Lage für ÖV-Benutzer und die Nähe zur Altstadt sind optimal.
Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich reichhaltig und liebevoll zubereitet.

Excellent souvenir. A lucca, it's the place to be !!!
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, accord très chaleureux de Fabrizio, qui a pris la peine de m'accompagner pour garer la voiture (pas simple dans des rues plus qu'étroites avec un gros break). Hôtel cosy, chaleureux. Nous avions la chambre Marietto dans la dépendance à 10 m. Je la recommande vivement. Petit déjeuner très sympa dehors devant l'hôtel. Fabrizio nous a très bien informé sur la ville et notamment nous avons eu la chance de vivre la procession de Santa Croce le soir. Un super moment. Vraiment merci pour cet excellent moment !

Cons:

La seule chose qu'on n'apprécie pas , c'est d'en partir....

Fantastische Unterkunft in sehr persönlicher Atmosphäre
Pros:

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft!!! Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal schafften eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war großartig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonderes Highlight war für uns der kleine Gartenbereich am Eingang, der sowohl für das Frühstück als auch zum Kaffee genutzt werden kann. Wir würden in Lucca immer wieder hier wohnen.

Cons:

Also der Weg zum Parkplatz ist schon abenteuerlich eng... Das ist für Lucca durchaus normal aber ohne eine zweite Person ist er mir einem Mittelklassewagen kaum blechschadenfrei zu erreichen. Es hat alles gut geklappt und war letztlich irgendwie auch lustig aber als Fahrer hat man auf dem Weg keinen großen Spaß.

Pros:

A wonderful welcome from the staff when we arrived on a hot afternoon. They had cold drinks and snacks waiting for us.
The rooms were very nicely appointed and quiet even thought the hotel is close to all the liveliness of Lucca. We walked in minutes to great restaurants and shops. The breakfast was generous and delicious with lots of choices, and there was a patio where we could enjoy our meal.

A loverly setting with lively staff. A great base to see the best of Lucca.
Pros:

Everything. The welcome was excellent and we were upgraded which was lovely. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The bed was really firm. Way too firm but the bedroom was again lovely

It was perfect for one night. We had a good time and the staff is very lovely and made the whole difference

Un Diamante di comodità e Ospitalità al Centro della Meravigliosa Lucca
Pros:

L' albergo è un diamante al centro storico della deliziosa Lucca. Il Personale, gentile professionale preparato e organizzato. Camere spaziosissime , una tripla perfetta con spazi e camere separate. Bagno anch'esso pulitissimo confortevole e tutto ristrutturato alla perfezione. Colazione sublime! Parcheggio perfettamente gestito e comodissimo. Che dire ? Ci siamo innamorati e ritorneremo assolutamente per stare più tempo. Bravissimi 💘

Fantastico hotel para visitar la ciudad, limpio, habitaciones grandes y bien equipado.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es fantastica para visistar Lucca a pie. Nos alojamos en la extensión que tienen del hotel y no en el mismo hotel pero esta a10 metros y la tranquilidad es absoluta.

Cons:

Quiza que el acceso fuera mas sencillo pero estas dentro del centro y no puede ser
