Sono stato molto bene durante il soggiorno, grande disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità da parte di tutti. Camere pulitissime, il riposo notturno è assicurato da nessun rumore proveniente dall' esterno. Posizione ottima. Colazione abbondante e con una scelta veramente eccezionale.... Ringrazio tutto il personale e consiglio vivamente ad altri di venire a soggiornare all' hotel Benacus....

Bra hotell en bit utanför centrum.
Pros:

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost. Man kan promenera en bit längs sjön för att ta sig in till Malcesine centrum där restauranger och butiker finns.

Cons:

Städningen på rummet kunde ha varit bättre, golvet på vårat rum var inte städat. I övrigt bra renlighet på hotellet.
