Pros:

Siamo clienti da tempo ma questa volta non é andata come ci aspettavamo. La posizione dell'hotel é molto comoda ma il resto lascia a desiderare.

Cons:

Non c'è stata la cura nei dettagli, la cassaforte con il classico gioco per i bambini era bloccata, non avete effettuato i controlli adeguati e la mia bimba non ha potuto effettuare la classica caccia a l tesoro. Lo staff del ristorante per la colazione non era preparato e sorridente come al solito.

Cons:

in check in could be some animator, Children swiming pool outside could be separated and heated, was very cold water in June. Pool hats!!!! - 7,5 EUR each, absurd. The only place in the world where you should use hats in swiming pool. If it is needed, customers should know it before or during reservation that this is mandatory.

Hotel - Zimmer - Personal super!!
Nur das Frühstück und Abendbuffet - überteuert und wenig Auswahl! Zulange zum anstehen - die meisten warmen Speisen waren schon kalt!

Abendessen Buffet für eine Familie 130€ war unverhältnismäßig hoch. Die Kids essen alle gar nicht für das Geld und das Angebot war auch mager für die Kinder, waren für weniger Geld im Steakhaus zufriedener
