Отличная идея отметить детский день рождения
Pros:

Мы брали размещение в номере «Джунгли» на пятерых — двое взрослых и трое детей. Для всех были удобные спальные места. В номере очень чисто и действительно атмосферно: дети с удовольствием исследовали все уголки.

В комнате есть сейф, который можно открыть, разгадав шифр. А внутри ждёт небольшой подарок — для детей это стало отдельным приключением 😊

На территории отеля есть бассейн. На месте можно взять спасательные жилеты, если ребёнок не умеет плавать. В бассейн вход только в шапочках, но их можно приобрести непосредственно в отеле.

Из приятных мелочей — в номере есть одноразовые тапочки, душ-гель, шампунь, мыло и даже зубная щётка с зубной пастой. Для бассейна также предоставляются дополнительные полотенца

Мы также брали услугу «День рождения», и это оказалось действительно здорово. К детям пришёл сам Проземоло, пообщался с ними, подарил подарок и был рядом, когда именинник задувал свечи на торте. В услугу также входило оформление праздничного стола. День рождения проходит в главном здании отеля.

После праздника была детская дискотека для гостей всех трёх отелей комплекса — наши дети были в полном восторге 💃

Завтраки и ужины доступны за дополнительную плату. Еда нам понравилась: всё было вкусно и достаточно разнообразно.

Важно учитывать, что билет в Gardaland не входит в стоимость проживания. До парка от отеля ходит шаттл. Мы им не пользовались, но на ресепшене нам сказали, что он отправляется примерно каждые 10 минут.

Cons:

Из минусов — номер для пятерых всё-таки достаточно тесный. Если хочется свободно передвигаться по комнате, то места фактически хватает только для одного большого чемодана. У нас было два, поэтому один из них пришлось оставлять в машине.

Парковка перед отелем платная — это стоит учитывать при планировании расходов.

Ещё показался не очень удобным выход к бассейнам: от номера до бассейна нужно идти не самым очевидным и удобным маршрутом.

Nonostante avessi chiesto la possibilità di entrare con un ora in anticipo, visto che ero in viaggio da molto presto con tre bambini, non solo mi è stato negato ma erano anche in ritardo con la consegna della stanza di ben 40 minuti.

המקום עצמו נחמד ולא מעבר האוכל במקום מאד טעים חשוב לציין יחד עם זאת המיזוג שהיה בחדר היה מאד חלש
ולא החליפו לנו מצעים בכל לילה.. רק סידרו מחדש לצערי מאד איכזב אותי
דרך בוקינג לא הייתה אפשרות להזמין ארוחת בוקר כלולה למרות שהיה רשום שזה כלול ארוחת בוקר אז שימו לב..
לא שווה את הסכום ששמנו לשינה נטו.. יחד עם זאת מיקום מעולה ואוכל מעולה הצוות של המסעדה היה שירותי ואדיב
אבל הצוות של המלון לא משו בכלל גם היו הפסקות חשמל באמצע

Das außergewöhnliche Design der Hotels sowie die Zimmer im Themen Gebiet. Das personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Preis fürs Essen im Restaurant sowie auch in der Bar bei den Pools diese waren etwas teuer

Hôtel, idéalement, situé pour visiter les parc avec des enfants
Pros:

C’est un établissement entièrement dédié aux enfants. Avec un emplacement idéal pour tous les parcs, à voir aux alentours, comme le zoo, Gardaland, le parc aquatique, etc. Le personnel est sympathique, et même les restaurants sont fait pour les enfants. Bref une adresse idéale quand on a des petits amours.

Cons:

Ce qui est à déplorer, c’est que tout est un peu cher. 8 euros une portion de frites, pas de plat pour les enfants en dessous de 17 ou 18 €. Tout a un coût complémentaire et même ce qui m’a choqué le plus c’est 2,50 € pour changer votre serviette et avoir une serviette de piscine propre ! Ça je ne l’avais encore jamais vu nulle part.

Pros:

O quarto do ártico é muito giro para as crianças e a zona da piscina é muito boa, com sombras e zonas verdes, piscina para bebés além das piscinas convencionais

Os restaurantes pareceram me caros para o que pretendia. Junto à piscina poderiam ter refeições frescas e leves - sandes, fatias pizza, etc que seriam certamente muito pretendidas pelos hóspedes

Die Regeln beim Pool, hat einem die ganze Lust genommen. Das man Badekappen anhaben muss, macht für mich keinen Sinn. Es sah nach einer Sekten Veranstaltung aus. Das Kinder unter 8?Jahren nicht ins tiefe dürfen, auch nicht in Begleitung der Eltern, sondern nur mit Schwimmhilfen machte unsere kleine traurig. Da sie schon seit sie 4 Jahre alt ist keine Schwimmhilfen braucht und es liebt zu tauchen...
