L'albergo era molto bello e ben curato, purtroppo la colazione non era inclusa. La proposta di fare colazione in albergo non è stata molto di nostro gradimento 20 euro adulti e 14 i bambini, infatti abbiamo fatto colazione a Gardaland spendendo molto molto meno.

Cons:

Il servizio navetta è stato molto scarso quest'anno, gli autisti poco gentili e cordiali, inoltre una sera abbiamo avuto paura perché un autista molto scontroso ha guidato malissimo, in autobus le persone erano spaventate compresi noi tanto da fare una segnalazione al nostro rientro in albergo. Penso che queste cose non dovrebbero succedere mai, ma molto di più in posto del genere dove viaggiano famiglie con bambini.

Pros:

The rooms are big and exciting for the kids. The personnel is very careful about the food intolerances .

Cons:

There is no place for the swimsuits and the towels. There are only two options for dinner and one of the restaurants closes too early, so if you want to have dinner after 9, there is only one option.

While we were in the garden, both my child and I were bitten by mosquitoes. There seems to be a mosquito infestation, and the hotel should really take some action to address this."

Sve je bilo odlicno, dete se odusevilo sa tematskom sobom. Ceo hotel je lepo osmisljen i ima jako puno detalja. Rado bismo dosli opet.
