Kambarys buvo erdvus, su patogumais.

Cons:

Kambarys nebuvo švarus, lovoje radome nemažai įvairių plaukų. Buvo tikrai labai nemalonu. Taip pat dvigulė lova buvo sustumta iš dviejų viengulių lovų, nebuvo patogu miegoti.

Avevamo prenotato una camera con balcone, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una stanza con un semplice lucernario. Inoltre, il lavandino era intasato e vicino alla saponetta ed il kit del bagno abbiamo trovato anche un capello, dettaglio poco piacevole.

La mattina seguente ho fatto presente la situazione alla receptionist, la quale mi ha risposto che avremmo potuto chiedere il cambio camera. Probabilmente ha ragione, ma essendo arrivati a mezzanotte, stanchi per il viaggio, non ci abbiamo pensato nell’immediato.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ci è stata proposta la scelta tra buffet a 10 euro oppure una formula da 5 euro con cornetto, cappuccino o caffè al bar e succo. Inizialmente eravamo orientati verso il buffet, ma quando ho chiesto un cappuccino al bar mi è stato detto che, scegliendo la formula da 10 euro, il cappuccino era disponibile solo tramite erogatore automatico. Francamente, non capisco perché pagando di più non sia possibile usufruire del servizio al bar.

Inoltre, mio marito ha dovuto richiedere il succo incluso nella formula da 5 euro, mentre a me, pur avendolo pagato, non è stato nemmeno proposto.

Ritengo che, nel complesso, il servizio ricevuto non sia all’altezza di una struttura a 4 stelle.
Mi aspettavo dopo che avevo fatto presente tutto ciò in receptionist ci avessero offerto almeno la colazione , invece nulla .

Cons:

La camera in cui ho alloggiato non era quella che ho prenotato, dalla foto sembrava una stanza ordinata e rinnovata invece all’arrivo sono stata messa in una camera anni ‘80 perché c’è stato un cambio ma nessuno mi ha avvisata.
Inoltre in camera non ho trovato neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua.
