Het verblijf was prima, personeel was erg behulpzaam.

When we came to the hotel we discovered that the room has a very heavy smell of perfume, and asked if it was possible to switch rooms. Unfortunately the receptionist didn't speak English, so it was difficult to request. Unfortunately it wasn't possible. We went to the pool, which to our surprise was a publicly open pool for anyone paying a fee. This meant that there was nowhere to be sitting or laying in the pool area. Furthermore, there was a DJ playing loud music by the pool, so loud that it wasn't possible to have a conversation, or to enjoy the time there.
We kindly asked the receptionist (using my husband's very poor Italian) to cancel our room. After a phone call with her manager, the receptionist pressed the "cancel without fee" button on my booking.com app and told us that we would be reimbursed as soon as the request was processed. Here we thought everything was good and we left to find another hotel.
However, the cancelation wasn't approved and we have now paid the full price for a stay we didn't have. Booking.com hasn't been able to help us and explains that we should've called them in the situation.

It was a very relaxing solo trip, i loved the pool surrounded by trees and flowers. A dream.
Pros:

Everything was awesome! The reception, the pool, the staff, the location. I will go back there next year for sure.

Cons:

I did like the breakfast but they could add more options like mini salty brioches or more choices for fruit.

La stanza era proprio piccola, senza armadio né comodini con cassetti ampi. La doccia un po arrugginita e l'aria condizionata era molto rumorosa da disturbare il sonno.

Bellissimo hotel
Pros:

Hotel bellissimo e pulito, staff davvero super gentile e piscina meravigliosa (mettono anche a disposizione diversi gonfiabili). Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio cena e abbiamo mangiato bene e a prezzo molto contenuto. Ottima anche la colazione con una bella scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Le camere sono spaziose e curate nei dettagli. Nel bagno avevamo sia vasca che doccia e una bella selezione di prodotti (shampoo, ciabattine, spazzolini etc ). Leggendo le recensioni le nostre aspettative erano senz’altro più basse, siamo quindi rimasti piacevolmente stupiti. Speriamo di poter tornare presto, è stato un bellissimo soggiorno 😊

Gentilezza del personale, stanze comode e una bellissima piscina!
Pros:

Il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. L’albergo è in una posizione perfetta per visitare durante il giorno Marostica, Cittadella. E poi la zona della piscina è un oasi di pace! Ci siamo rilassate e divertite più di quanto aspettassimo! Piscina molto pulita, piante intorno la piscina e musica rilassante crea un atmosfera idilliaca!
