Comfortable and a good position .
Pros:

Nicolo ( Nickolas ) on reception today was brilliant he sorted us out with a room at another hotel when we wanted an extra night., so helpful .

Cons:

No tea or coffee in our room .
The female receptionist ( Miss plastered in makeup ) on duty when we arrived was rude, no greeting just said “ documents “ as we walked up to reception . No explanation on anything . Whereas Nicolas / Nickolo was totally opposite.

Gentilezza del personale, ottima pulizia.

Cons:

La colazione e la cena andrebbero migliorate, non tanto nella varietà dei piatti quanto negli ingredienti e nella loro preparazione. La posizione è, forse, troppo fuori mano rispetto al centro di Canazei. Le camere ed i bagni avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata generale.

Camera con vista ⛰️
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, curato e pulito, con staff gentile e accogliente. Buone sia la colazione a buffet sia la cena con primi e secondi piatti a scelta, più antipasti/contorni e dessert a buffet. Piccolo parco giochi per bimbi. Posizione comoda per spostamenti.

Super lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na okolicę.
Miła obsługa. Dobre śniadanie (szczególnie pyszne croissanty).
Pokój był czysty, pościel oraz ręczniki pachnące oraz białe.
Restauracja na miejscu czynna do późnej godziny tak więc nawet wracając późno wieczorem można coś zjeść na miejscu.

Cons:

Pokój był bardzo mały dla 4 osób. Łóżko piętrowe było tuż pod telewizorem tak więc dzieci śpiące na górze bało się że spadnie w nocy.
Na jedną noc ok, ale na dłuższy pobyt zbyt ciasno dla 4 osób.
