The older hotel staff were not pleasant nor helpful. The younger staff were nice but over-ruled by older staff. The hotel room was dirty. The wifi did not work.

Magical views from this wonderful hotel away from the Amalfi crowds.
Pros:

Wonderful location just outside Amalfi away from the crowds and with exceptional views. We loved the pool and sea platform. The restaurant was excellent and the rooms spacious and comfortable.

מיקום שקט ומעולה ממש בין כל העיירות המתוירות, נוף מדהים מכל פינה, בריכה מרשימה וצוות אדיב ומקצועי שעזרו לנו בכל בקשה. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת עם מוצרים טריים ומקומיים.

החדרים בסגנון ישן - בהתחלה חששנו מהתמונות אבל שהגענו מצאנו בזה את הקסם של המקום - אז זה לא דבר באמת שלילי, רק מי שרואה פה את התמונות וחושש - שלא יחשוש

​נוף מדהים: הנוף מטורף ומהמם ביופיו, הן מהמלון והן מאזור הבריכה.

​מיקום ונגישות: המלון נמצא במרחק של 10 דקות נסיעה בלבד מאמלפי. בנוסף, יש אוטובוס בעלות של 1.5 יורו לאדם שעוצר ממש ליד המלון ומגיע עד אמלפי.

​נוחות השינה: המזרן בחדר היה נוח.

​צוות המלון: הצוות נחמד מאוד ושירותי.

​תקשורת זמינה: למרות בעיית הטלפון, היה שירות זמין דרך ה-WhatsApp שבו ניתן היה להשתמש.

​מתקנים: הבריכה במלון גדולה.

נגישות עם רכב: המלון ממוקם ממש על הכביש וקשה מאוד לצאת ממנו עם הרכב. הנהיגה באזור קשה מאוד (מומלץ לקחת מלון עם חנייה).

​מגבלות השאטל: השאטל של המלון עולה 5 יורו לאדם, אך הוא פעיל רק עד השעה 16:30.

​מצב המלון והחדרים: המלון והבריכה מיושנים מאוד. החדר עצמו פשוט, והמיטה לא הייתה מיטה זוגית כפי שהובטח אלא מזרנים מופרדים.

​שירות ואבזור בחדר:

​לא היה קומקום או ערכת קפה/תה בחדר. רק לאחר בקשה הביאו קומקום ותה, והיה צריך לבקש שוב ושוב בנפרד כדי לקבל סוכר וקפה (שהגיע בקערית וללא מלבין), דבר שהיה מאכזב.

​בעיה במצעים: כשביקשנו שמיכת פוך, קיבלנו שמיכה ללא ציפה, מה שהיה מאוד לא נעים על הגוף.

​לא היה קו טלפון תקין בחדר – הצוות הבטיח לסדר זאת אך הנושא לא טופל.

​ניקיון: רמת ניקיון החדרים הייתה בינונית בלבד.

Ein entspanntes Hotel im guten alten Stil (im positivem Sinne) in traumhaftem Setting, abseits vom übermäßigen Trubel in Amalfi und Positano, aber dennoch mitten an der Amalfi-Küste. Großartiger 180°-Meer- und Küstenblick vom Zimmer und noch besser von der Frühstücksterrasse. Die Junior-Suite ist äußerst empfehlenswert, da sehr geräumig - wir erhielten diese als Free Upgrade. Der sehr freundliche Chef ist immer präsent und hat stets die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste im Blick - quasi echte Chef-Garantie! Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch den Pool (mit Ess- und Trinkmöglichkeit) und den direkten, privaten Meereszugang - letzteren bietet selbst die 5*-Konkurrenz in der Gegend nicht. Personell ist das Hotel gut ausgestattet, alle waren stets freundlich, Kellner tragen Anzug und sind stets zuvorkommend - TOP! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und schmackhaft, auch das Abendessen war exzellent. Wunderbar ist auch der große Gratisparkplatz (Carport) neben dem Hotel für sämtliche Gäste sowie der günstige Hotel-Shuttle nach Amalfi auf Wunsch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder!
